What's the point?? They won't get a first-time place every week, they will spend most of their time on the bench?? Why not join a side where you get picked most weeks?

Not alot of players are going to Chelsea this time round, afew of them want out, they dont want to warm up the bench.
Only some 'old folks' are coming in to the new CFC old folks home. : )

some players would join the team like you said for the money and also for its history , they don't care about playing or not.

man think of the reputation...and the salary..one more thing is that one guy cant single handedly win...he ll need able teammates ...chelsea has damn good players..
