Tony Stewart. I don't give a d*mn if other people here think he's 'fat' and ugly. You can have your 'male model' types, I love Smoke just as he is. Nothing fake or pretentious about him, a REAL MAN who looks like a man..ruggedly handsome with a great sense of humor and an all-around nice guy away from the racetrack. Smoke speaks his mind, forget about politically correct, or media darling...100% honesty. No BS. I'd love to spend a week with him....what we might do, at least some of the time, would get me kicked off of Answers if I posted it here. I just hope Smoke wouldn't mind that I have a cat, rather than a dog....We might end up in a swanky Atlantic City casino-hotel's suite...hey, maybe it could be a threesome if he brings his friend, Dale Jr. along!!

I'm sorry, while watching the world cup this is actually a question a friend asked me and I know nothing about France, but I know my stereotype of French people is that they would be white. For instance, I understand that in America we have say basketball teams that are mainly african american, just because well.. let's face it, white men can't jump and they're mainly better at it. So I'm just wondering if this is why France's team was mostly black (african?). Yes I'm actually asking this question and I know I will get flamed by some people for whatever stupid reason. Trying to bridge my gaps of knowledge. I had no answer to this question for my friend, so please free me of my ignorance.

I've struggled in my past 2 starts.....I've kept the ball up and my velocity wasn't great....Any tips on keepin the ball down and gettin my velocity up?? (Other than lifting weights to increase velocity.)

I vaguely remember seeing an outfielder falling over the other side of the outfield wall while making a catch and having it count as a home run, but that was over 10 years ago so I don't know if my memory is correct. A few years ago, Bobby Kielty also made a catch where he almost fell over that short wall in right field at Fenway and spent a while trying to make sure he didn't fall over. So it seems like the outfielder also has to stay in the field of play, is this true?

But I've seen a lot of plays where players trying to catch a foul ball fall into the stands and it still counts as a catch and the batter is out. Why is there this difference?

I know that's 3 questions, but maybe this'll be a fun one for you hockey fans to answer (and to read the answers to)...

If I was to say, I'd pick Center (though Goaltender is a very close 2nd) - A center is the anchor of the team, responsible for good forechecking, backchecking, and taking faceoffs.

And although I'm a Bruins fan, I'd easily pick Jarome Iginla as my favorite - he's a smart, tough, gutsy, and a highly talented player (not to mention a real gentleman) who also represents the game exceptionally well.
