but now i need to know how i can improve at swimming without having much time to practice...since atleast at my school many of the swimmers r not very athletic so they only play one sport mayb two but do swimming year round. Other than being stronger than them i dont have ne advatage because Im a 4 sport athlete so i dont have lots of time to swim...ne ways i can catch up to the year round swimmers or am i just screwed and just have to improve in season?

i have seen max's of 200-210. others riders (8 years or more) cant get theirs that high. before riding i was a gym rat for 6 years. age 37 weight 188

the braves would have to go 46-23 to win 90 games.

So, anyone really think the Mets will play .500 ball the rest of the season and the Braves will go 23 games over .500

Ihave been watching a game on late night T.V and am totaly confused why do the players wear eye make up and what do phrases like 1st and 10 mean? I suspect the rules are very complex and it would be simpler to get a book from the library
