I have to go with Charlotte because they're know what they're doing even though they're not an elite team yet. They have a great core of young players that can grow together and are steadily getting better. With teams like Toronto you never know where they'll go.

Charlotte is good and they might be better than Toronto because they have an all-around better team but Ronald Reagan how do you know how good Andrea is. Have you seen him play. Toronto drafted him because for some reason they thought he was good. They manage the team so they might know a little more.

Right now the Bobcats are on top because they are starting to recieve brand-new talent that will help boost the team's effort and right now Toronto aren't even close to the Bobcats because they have no talent what so ever! They had Vince Carter who would at least help them a little but right now they are just straight struggleing!

i say charlotte cause Adam Morrison is first of all a much better player than andrea bargnani. 2nd Bobcats are my hometeam. 3rd i think we have a better bench. We have better young players than toronto. I think that is why we are better than toronto.
