dont try to overload his brain with too much. Teach him the proper machines becuase the earlier he learns them the better he will be. And make sure that he knows control is key, not speed. Dont let him overthrow and dont try to teach him other pitches other than a fastball, as he gets older you can teach him more. Dont teach him about holding runners or ne thing else, he needs to know how to throw the correct way and he needs to know how to throw strikes. Teach him how to pitch out of the stretch and the windup. And just practice with him. When you play catch have him practice throwing from the windup or streatch so he gets use to it. hope that helps and makes sense...

Punch him in the side of the head every time he makes a bad pitch. That's what my old man did and it turned out great

tell him to relax and get his courage up then teach him 2 seam, 4 seam, and change up and work with him every day but don`t throw to much or he`ll hurt his arm
