Definitely capoeira, a highly acrobatic Brazilian martial art. In capoeira, practitioners never strike with their hands, only the legs and head. It's reputed that the form was developed by slaves and designed to teach the martial artist how to fight even if his hands are manacled or tied together. Capoeira is typically practiced along with music, and historians speculate that its dramatic, flamboyant style was intended to disguise martial arts practice as native dancing.

There's also a good deal of evidence to suggest that American breakdancing developed out of capoeira exhibitions in Washington DC's public parks.
