Do American and European still go kayaking in Winter?

hello I am from Taiwan and doing research for kayaking and need to know in the cold winter like USA and Europe. Do people there still go kayaking?

Parts of the US. I kayaked last year in Florida however much of the states is too cold to do anything.

Yep, my brother and his family go Kayaking all year round.
