I was shocked that Ghana played so well in my opinion. There were moments during the Brazil match where they looked more like Brazil than Brazil did. I'm excited to see what they can do in 2010 in Africa.

Hi guys,

I am planning to do heavy cardio excercises for the detoxification on my body.

What I worry is, I do not want my body to get used to the strengh I put on, everytime I do the excercise

Do I have to do the cardio excercise like in every second days or so, in order to avoid my body to the "getting-used to"?

It looks like the only cardio excercise I can do at this moment is mountain hiking (which means I will do only this over and over for a while...)




And how many times can I do the excercise per a week?

How long should I take break to let my body to repair itself?

I am just about to give up following baseball. I am so tired of the American League with its big money teams headed up by the New York Yankees and George Steinbrenner that I could scream. When are we gonna see some sort of realignment in baseball's business structure so that everybody may once again have a fair shot?
