Do you think someone in the pros will try to serve underhand(not all the time, just to mix up their serves like a baseball pitcher pitching)? Do you think fans would still boo that serve like when Martina Hingis used it or praise it like when Michael Chang used it?

Because the ball doesn´t have a lot of weight, may be the difference in strength is not important? Theoretical physics of course say that force makes acceleration and acceleration makes speed. But in real life many things are different. Does anyone have figures? Of course one must compare equal levels, e.g. male senior high compared with female senior high and so on. Does skill count the most?

To be honest i think France was the better team, but was unlucky in the penalty shoot out, they showed that they can still play good soccer at any age. they dominated the game after the 19th minute, I can see that Italy had no chance, but to put more defence. Look at the stats and see how France dominated. But unfortunately they were unlucky in the penalty kicks, for some reasons.

But in 2010, I hope France look foward to getting in the finals

Congradulate France Everyone!, Bravo!!

I know the exception to the goaltending rule exists:

EXCEPTION: If a player near his own basket has his hand legally in contact with the ball, it is not a violation if his contact with the ball continues after the ball enters the cylinder, or if, in such action, he touches the basket.

But why should such a skill-less act have resulted in a rule change. The entertainment value of a dunk in a game is minimal. Any athlete at the skill-level of an NBA player can dunk. Occasionally on a breakaway a player gets an opportunity to showoff with a fancy dunk, but what "real" basketball fan should care? At least in baseball with the homerun you are actually scoring faster; the dunk contributes just another generic 2 points. It probably should only be worth one point for the amount of skill it takes.

The hold is one that a person behind you places their arms under yours then comes up and around behind your neck and locks the fingers behind your neck. It is a control hold. And can be used offensively.
