Wrestling Hold, how do you break from from it?

The hold is one that a person behind you places their arms under yours then comes up and around behind your neck and locks the fingers behind your neck. It is a control hold. And can be used offensively.

Thats a Full Nelson, raise your arms straight up and drop on your butt or try to get your arms free by twisting your arms out.

Depends, are we talking about a street fight or a controlled match? If it's a match, then anyone still using a full nelson should be ridiculed unless he's in grammer school. If it's a street fight, anything goes. Reach for one of their fingers or thumbs, and if you can pry it loose, break it. If your in a standing position, it's easier to head-butt. And if you can reach, try some eye-gouging.

Ah, a full nelson. broj7400's answer is your best bet. If they have the hold on really tight to wear you can't drop out of it, you can try headbutting your opponent. A successful headbutt to the nose or mouth will make them let go.

Unless you're standing, you're tapping. The arms up deal only works in standing. If it goes to the ground, try hard to kiss your hiney..........goodbye. Anyone who will know this move in an unsanctioned "street" fight will also know to keep his knees together and lean back, both of which make it an impossible submission to recover from.
