Sell Hasseilbaink in a hurry. That fat slob will never be any good for your club, need him to score a goal in the moment you need it the most, he'll never turn up, only grumble and grimace.

well charlton are gonna have a tough season. When you lose someone like alan curbishly who was manager for 15 years it will be tough, the players liked him and his system. The new manager will have new ideas, a new system and the players might take a while to adjust. signing jimmy flloyd hasselbaink will be a major positive for your team though, he has been successful everywhere he has gone. To have a good season they need to knuckle down and get used to whatever new system will be in place and learn to play as a team again! Good luck for the new season

I'd say all Charlton need is a defensive midfield for your 5 man midfield and a better keeper, thats all Charlton need.

Other than that,stay with a 5 man midfield for away games.
Not pretty,but a point gained.Don't sell,bolster your team.
