Officially (as in, FIFA website rankings), the top three goals are all Argentina's: first the Maxi Rodriguez goal on Mexico (2-1), second is Esteban Cambiasso's goal on Serbia & Montenegro (2-0), and third is Carlos Tevez's goal on Serbia & Montenegro (5-0). As an Argentine, I wouldn't even want to argue with that. :D
