Buy a Rangers shirt and go down to Ibrox, and speak to someone about it. They always get the shirts signed by the players if you ask: although it may take a few days.

They train at Murray Park so the players aren't in the stadium all the time like they used to be, so contact Rangers and ask first. It shouldnt be a problem getting the shirt signed. Just remember they are over in South Africa at the moment!

Do like any Glaswegian would: mug a Rangers player outside the stadium, strip him off his clothes and walk into Ibrox holding him at knifepoint, forcing the other players to sign it. On your way back to Cumbernauld, pull a heist at an art gallery, run off with a nice frame and drop the painting in the Clyde.
