whish is surely true! They're only humans and they make mistakes. But.. for some odd reason they don't make those mistakes to the swiss.. hmmph.. odd isn't it? even the swiss vs france and swiss vs korea.. During the two games there were 4 handling but for some weird reason.. the referee just NEVER saw any of them.. i wonder what he was day dreaming bout then... possibly dreaming bout himself getting a praise from the head of the fifa.. I wonder hmmph does that have anything to do with the head of fifa being swiss.. i do wonder. everyone's saying that it was a mistake and all humans make mistakes.. obviously true! But i wonder if you will be saying that when your country faces swiss and the referee allows a goal which is unacceptable. I wonder what you'll be saying then! HAVE FUN cuz i think i will be..

I think it's great that he just said what he thought instead of worrying about who wouldn't approve of what he said and all of that kind of crap. Like he said, "He's a man, he's 42 years old, and he knows what he has to do in this life." Basically he's telling Selig to stick the bull-s-h-i-t sensitivity training up his political correct a-s-s. Ozzie Guillen has my absolute respect for being a man and saying what he felt like saying, he's no a-s-s kisser and he's no yes man. We need more athletes, coaches, and/or managers like Ozzie Guillen. 'Atta boy Ozzie, stand up to the little weasily pricks in the media, YOU DA' MAN!

It's been called the game has been playedand that's that! But!!! If you notice all the people who are saying it wasn't offside hasn't seen the game (which they admit) and only saw reruns of that part. What you haven't seen is that the referee on the side has already raised the flag and so the defense took a step back and if you notice so did the swiss players except for the two players. Obviously they don't care what the referee says.. they just play the game their way.. and FIFA is letting them get away with it! If the defense was still on their positions that goal wouldn't have gone in so easily. So people who are saying that it wasn't offside is saying that swiss scored because the Koreans actually abided by the rules and stopped when the referee called it offside to change the route of the ball while the swiss totally ignored the call and decided to go on w. the game. I wonder how they sleep at night after winning such goal. It's sad to see them so proud of themselves. SAD

i just asked this 10 minutes ago as one of the worst closers (in my opinion) was pitching the last inning. i predicted he would blow it once again. and he did. he JUST gave up 2 runs in the 9th, giving the other team the lead. This guy is Armando Benetiz of the SF Giants. I think he is the absolute worst. who do YOU think is the worst.

i watched the two matches (swiss vs france and swiss vs south korea) and it was funny to see that referee didn't call when swiss player touched the ball during the two matches
he just let the game go!!!! even if he saw that it seems that swiss team is totally free from rules... they could be a final winner in this game if let them keep using their hands RULES....well.... that is just nothing at least to swiss

The referee was so unfair.

1. He ignored so many of fouls done by Swiss players

2. He ignored two handling by Swiss
This is two penalty kicks for Korea , meaning two great chances to get points.

3. The last goal was so offside
This was the most unacceptable one. There are millions of TV's going on live and he tried to cheat.
There are millions of eyes watching there.
We all saw the co-referee's flag go up, meaning OFFSIDE
But the blind referee calls it a goal. WE ALL SAW IT CLEARLY!!
IS this referee blind or what. How can that not be a offside. I would forgive for the other mistakes that he made or "cheats". But this one is unforgivable. FIFA WORLD CUP should be a fair game. IT even says on their FIFA LAWS. what's the point of having a law if no one is going to follow it. This game was so not fair. Hope that another incident like this would never happen because it breaks the nation's heart and the millions of fans watching out there as well as the players'.GO KOREA
