And if there are any that do wouldn't this make it harder for them to deal with being in a car that can get up to 130 degrees?

this is something that is kept very hush hush if there are any. i don't know if there are any that do. some of them chew..
i think they all keep it quiet if they do, b/c well, it's just not an image the sport wants out there..
in the old days they did though.

dick trickle used to smoke quite a bit but I'm not sure who does now Ive not personally seen Kasey smoke but that doesn't mean he dint either seems like lee petty did as well as a host of old school drivers did in the past but my most memorable one would have to be dick trickle he was really bad about it too

None. The ashtrays would be too heavy and they would be penalized for throwing butts out the window.
