Attached is a link to a Yorkshire Post article and video, a child's sing-a-long about a little girl watching her mother strap on a bomb, then blowing herself and others up when Israeli troops confront her. The end of the song is about how the child wants to emulate her mother.

Do we need to legislate penalties for using children to promote violence? I'm not aware of any such laws, but if they exist, what are they?

I have seen so many questions today from believers in God that have insulted atheists. WHY in the world would they want to know God/Jesus if this is the way that we treat those who do not believe. Jesus died for those people just as much as He died for us- Please stop insulting those people and one day , they may see God in us and they may want to know Him. I am SO sorry for these types of questions.

...to refuse to deal with our Yahoo 360 glitches? I finally read their blog, which only shows up on my srceen periodically, and they are not going to work on the glitches and are going to shut down Yahoo 360. There have been so many thoughtful and beautiful blogs posted recently, and we are not able to post a comment for the most part. I say Yahoo is a poop, and I am sure that the "easy transfer" of our information from their sites will be riddled with glitches as well. I want to say that I have read so many blogs that I so wanted to leave a comment and was unable to get it to post, so I am forced to leave a rather generic comment here: I have come to love my Yahoo family and I appreciate all of you. If we are good friends, we shall remain so. If we happen not to agree, I still appreciate you for making think about whay I believe as I do. Mushy moment....I love you wonderful people. What's not to love?

What is the purpose of life? We once were nothing. Suddenly we realized we are little kids in this life. Do you think if we died, it would feel the same as when we were not born?

What life worth? I heard people say “you have one life, don’t waste it. Enjoy it as much as you can” I think the price of enjoyment/ happiness is really high. I know many wealthy people who are not happy. & they have to do a lot to protect themselves & their wealth. It’s the same with people in power. In the end we’ll die & million years from now the whole pleasure we ever got from this life would worth less than a penny. What do you think?

religion isn't that a breaking of the seperation of Church and state being the state cannot interfere with the Church? Why doesn't the church just start its own schools that runs study without religion and do away with state schools? They could after that send them to cheap Christian colleges and thus become smarter and better educated the the dumb down system we have today eventually causing Christians to be more successful in businesses and other things because they actualy spend time learning stuff worth while!

This is a two part question, one for Christians and one for Atheists.

Happy Holidays/Merry Christmas, this is really the same thing:
Holiday = Holy Day
Christmas = Christ Mass
Christ Mass IS A Holy Day
Christimas IS A Holiday

Christians:
Why would you be offended by someone telling you to have a Happy "Holy Day"?

Atheists:
Why is saying Happy "Holy Day" any less offensive to you then saying Merry "Christ Mass"?

If the bible is 100% true, then every nation and religion on earth should include the Noah's Ark story as the beginning of their culture, civilization, and religion.

Seeing as to how this is not the case in real life, can we conclude that the Noah's Ark story was just a story that was never meant to be taken literally, or is this another example of "the devil" changing history to erode the credibility of the bible?

Sorry to all the defenders of Islam, but stuff like this really doesn't cast Islamic society in a very positive light.

What can moderate Muslims do to move past garbage like this?

I believe that God, Jesus, and the Holy Ghost are three different beings, but are one if purpose. I know many people believe they are all one being. I find it very confusing to say that they are one and want to know how you explain this to your children when teaching them about God. I'm not trying to be disrespectful, I am just curious as to how you explain that God sent His son, but it was actually himself? Please explain to me how you explain it and why it is you believe it? Please give honest answers and please be kind.

If the Catholic church is so wrong (or even just slightly wrong), then on whose authority do you trust that they canonized the Bible properly? On what basis do you believe that there isn't more to it or that some of it isn't incorrect (or that some of it shouldn't have been canonized in the first place)? As a Christian, have you sincerely searched for the answers to these questions? Have you even considered the possible accuracy of apocryphal scripture?

Is their good and bad choices?
Is there right and wrong?
Jesus made many choices, one was to give his life up for our sins. He didn't have to do that, he was offered out of that.
The choice of Jesus is he is either a Legend - never existed, made up, Liar - wasn't who he said he was and just wanted to die spectacularly, or the Lord - is the Son of God.

Choose wisely!

Please share your source if you would about these two requests:
>>An inspriational saying for when you are on top
>>An inspirational saying for when you are feeling low

Please be sincere, over time, others will read and be uplifted by your choices. Not just we who participate now.

I have one from the book Galilee by Christopher Pike: It takes a strong will to live the higher life.
This inspired me when I read it and to know that this author shared it with the readers, really lifted me up.

And then from KJV Bible Matthew 5:14 & 16 Ye are the light of the world...Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

We are all a source of inspiration to one another, regardless of our 'beliefs'.

Thanks and blessings :)

That marriage is an exclusively Christian thing? The argument I hear most often against Gay marriage is that "god" intended man to wed woman. Well, the institution of marriage is seen in every culture and religion. Who mad you guys the bosses?

P.S. No, this country is not meant to be based on Christian principles. It never was, and certainly strives not to be today.
