Great question, I'm not really sure I have read in the "Lost Books of the Bible" some years ago that Mary's mother's name was Ann or Anna and the site listed below says Heli was Mary's father.
God Bless You

According to St. Lukes geneology her fathers name was Heli, this is further born out in the Protoevangelium of James, an apocryphal Gospel from the end of the 2nd century, in which Mary's fathers name is given as Joachim which is a variation of Heli (note James is accepted as a historical document, just not a divinely inspired one).

His name was Heli.
You will find him listed in Luke 3:23-37, where the family tree of Mary is listed. Tradition is that you always list the family through the name of the father, so the tree begins with Joseph, not Mary, but it includes that phrase that Joseph "was supposed" or "was though to be", which in the original culture meant that Joseph was only in the family "by marriage". So this is the list of his in-laws, Mary's family.
You will find Joseph's family in Matthew chapter 1.

Matthew 1:16 says that the name of the father was Joseph.
Luke 3:23-24 says that the name of the father was Heli.
Matthew gives the geneology of Joseph, and Luke gives the geneology of Mary. (Or do I have that totally reversed? Oh well, it's one of them.)

Mary's father's name is Heli (also called Joaquim in later tradition (both mean "high" and out of the house of David) as Christianity spread outof Hebrew and Aramaic communities to Latin language communities) her family lineage is on Luke 3.

His name (according to Tradition) is Joachim. Her mother was Anne. Neither are mentioned in the Scriptures.
By tradition Joachim and Anne (or, Anna) are considered to be the names of the parents of Mary, the Mother of God. We have no historical evidence, however, of any elements of their lives, including their names. Any stories about Mary's father and mother come to us through legend and tradition.

I don't believe there is much of anything mentioned about Mary and her ancestry in the Bible because she's a woman..
