In the Old Testement of the Bible is the Ten Commandments. The most well known of those is the first one which reads

"Thou shalt have no other Gods before me."

So if there is only One True God how can one have a God before Him? and is this not an admission by God that he is not the only God that their in fact are others.

I always hear you Christians go around boasting how grateful you are for Jesus' sacrifice.

You say that Jesus is so gracious by sacrificing Himself for your sins. You say that He love us so much that He was willing to spled His own blood for our sins.

Yet all that Jesus every was, was a man.

Him being crucified is just a tale without any witness or evidence whatsoever about that actually happening.

That is why I am so perplexed about you Christians cherishing and getting goose bumbs boasting about a made up incident.

Really weird I have to say oO.

that when something good happens, it goes unnoticed, but when something bad happens "God" is immeadiatly to blame? I don't understand it.

FYI: "God" is in apostrophies because I'm Wiccan, and we have a Goddess, not a "God". Please no coments on the part of my religion.

I'm searching for the right Christian religion for my life. I've searched catholism and alot of protestant denominations.

each time I go to protestant denomination, they're always agains the catholics. whenever I go to the catholics, they never badmouth any other religion, instead they teach me samples of their beliefs. Weren't the catholics the first Christians?

What in the heck is the religion of Scientology about? I have heard all kinds of weird facts, and tall tales. For instance, how their "higher being" is some other planetary creature. That, when their armagedon comes, he will eat the non-believers and beam up the "techies". I have done tons of google searches and wikipedia searches, but end up more confused than before I started. Can someone please set the record straight.

I saw a question get removed, and although tempting, I will not point a finger at any one group. I am totally in agreement with what this person said and when I went to answer I couldn't because of the small minded people who, on one hand gripe and complain that all their questions get deleted by another group of people with an opposing point of view. Can we really not have the respect for one another as human beings as to honor one of our basic rights in this country - freedom of speech? What is wrong here? What was likely meant to be a forum for discussion of various topics has turned into a free for all brawl of ignorance begetting ignorance. I give up on any chance of ever seeing this forum repair itself from efforts of truly intelligent people who understand that difference of opinion is just and only that.
