In the Name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
God forgives all sinners in this world, we have no right at all to condemn any single persons. We have the right to discuss and probably disagree, but try not to condemn anyone, as it could also be a sin. By condemning others, It reflects that we are arrogant and selfish. As Nobody is perfect and nobody is free of sins. All humans tend to sin, intentionally or unintentionally, no matter it is a big sin or a small sin. The doors of repentance are always open, as God is Most Forgiving, Most Caring, Most Loving and Most Kind, so we should try to be like his attributes always.

Hello guys,
i hope ye are well,
As it´s written in Isaiah:
"12How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
13For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
14I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Isaiah 14:12-14
About it there´s a nice quotoation in a book called " the Desire of Ages.
". The strife for the highest place was the outworking of that same spirit which was the beginning of the great controversy in the worlds above, and which had brought Christ from heaven to die. There rose up before Him a vision of Lucifer, the "son of the morning," in glory surpassing all the angels that surround the throne, and united in closest ties to the Son of God. Lucifer had said, "I will be like the Most High"

Greetings

I just heard that today in my country in Finland a student killed 8 people in a high school. Several wounded. My cousin lives in that place, but I do not think his daughter goes to that school.

I actually saw it in Yahoo news.Sad

Why do people who believe God is beyond logic, reason, and science attempt to prove God's existence with logic, reason, and science?

A family member I love is in jail right now and the ONLY book he is allowed to read is the Bible!! How is that constitutional. Yes I know, they committed a crime, blah, blah, blah, but how is that separation of church and state. Shouldn't they be allowed to choose their religious manuscripts? All of the sudden this family member is a "Born-Again Christian?" Not that I have any problem with my family members reaffirming their Christian faith, or converting to Christianity, but I do have a problem when it is because they are being brainswashed. Yes brainwashed. In prison people are in a highly emotional state and easily swayed. I'll bet that if the only book allowed in prisons was the Qa'ran, there would be a lot more conversions to Islam.

...or do you actually find anything wrong with them?

Take the theory of evolution, or the Big Bang theory for example. Many Christians believe in neither, because both conflict with Biblical accounts of creation. But do you actually know of any substancial problems with them that would lead you to conclude that they are both false? Or do you simply throw it out the window because it doesn't agree with your "holy text," despite the fact that there is tons of evidence supporting it, and most of the worlds' greatest scientists accept evolution and the Big Bang theory?

I think most people are sheep-like. There are very few people that don't follow an existing path. You may say you follow your own unique path, but if you are a member of society...then you most likely are following an existing path. You may choose to follow a path that is not often traveled, but you are still following something. If you go to school to be educated in a field, you are following an existing path. If you choose to live by the Bible, you are following an existing path. If you choose to be an atheist, you are following an existing path. See, we are all sheep, just have different shepards.

If you truly believe that you are not a sheep, and you do not follow anyone or anything. What is your unique path that makes you a non-sheep?

There has been a challenge that I wish to undertake to show that Intelligent Design is real science and follows the scientific method. I have been challenged to offer a statement in favor of intelligent design and then show which tests have been applied to demonstrate the statement to be FALSE. If it stands up to the falsification phase, I must then show evidence and observations that SUPPORT the statement as true. Any ideas? The challenge, by the way, does not allow biblical references.

I was watching the news this morning, and the anchor fella referred to China as "atheist", but I'm thinking 'atheistic' would have been a more appropriate description. 'Secular' seems like it'd be... kinda black & white, in a way, otherwise I'd have suggested that.
