Don't you feel a bit Muslim-esque when you condemn or look down on nudity?

Did God give you your bodies not to show them at will?

So if a christians had sex with an animal does that mean Jesus died for bestiality?

Did Jesus die for people who commit incest? Did Jesus die for homosexual Christians even though they r still going hell?

Human beings are driven by a desire to understand. When they cannot, they invent explanations for strange phenomena as often as not.

Look at many (read: all) early religions. They created mythology around unexplained natural phenomena in an attempt to understand it. For example, the Greeks and Romans believed that the cause of winter was that Persephone was visiting her husband in the underworld. Persephone's mother, Demeter, was the Goddess of the Harvest, so during the time her daughter spent in Hades she made the earth cold and fallow.

The point is... people have been basing their religious beliefs on stuff they made up for thousands of years. Back in the day anythin that people couldn't explain must be the work of God or Gods.

Don't you think it's possible that Jesus was merely a skilled manipulator? That perhaps his miracles were staged, or he used sleight of hand, and once he gained a critical mass of followers they drove him to the point of godhood?

christians believe in god, and jesus, and satan, and all of those beings.
but why do they find things such as the mothman, bigfoot, nessie, mokele mbembe, and the chupacabras so hard to believe?
these beings are just as fathomable as a spirit that created all life on earth right?

when you inevitably discover that you are wrong and have always been, but now it's too late? Will your stomach just drop to your as* as you "gulp" and then vomit ,or will you simply turn white and grab your as* as you kiss it goodbye?

Will my silicon breasts be raptured with me?
I don't think I'd like to go to heaven without them, I'd feel so . . . undressed!
Also, can anyone tell me if angels have breasts too or are they all as flat chested as the ones in my bible picture book?

More clearly stated—Isn’t Catholicism a form of Trinitarianism? The reason I’m thinking this is because the church, long ago, split The One True God up into three pieces; the Father—the Son—the Holy Spirit. Catholics please set it right here if my thinking is demonized.

I got a lot of grief for asking who already knew this a few days ago.

The question is "Do you think the Pope is the antichrist?

"One of the many blasphemous titles given to the Pope is the title of "Vicar of Christ". This title comes from the title used by Constantine, Vicarius Christi. "Vicarius" or "Vicar" means "a substitute" or "another" (See any Dictionary: Oxford, Random House, American, Webster's, etc.). Thus, the title "Vicar of Christ" means "a substitute for Christ" or "another Christ."
All Catholics and Protestants are in agreement that Christ is God, and that makes this title all the more blasphemous; because then it means "a substitute for God" or "another God." It must also be noted for the sincere Catholic that in Greek the title "Vicar of Christ" is "anti-christos" or "anti-Christ" (See Strong's #473 & 5547). "

Normally when people make outrageous claims, there's no point in disproving them because of how obnoxious they are to begin with. God is no different. When you claim that there's an all-powerful sky daddy ruling over the universe with an iron fist, you should be the ones bringing evidence to the table.

And don't give me that "you have to have faith" crap. Why would you have faith in a bronze age mythological book? Because mommy and daddy told you to? Bologna. Blind faith is not a good reason to believe there's a God (or gods) because, frankly, there's nothing to back it up. Hence the phrase "blind faith." There are countless scientific arguments against the concept of God, and none that support it. The only reason to think a God exists is because of what a few people wrote thousands of years ago, most of which was plagiarized from even earlier religions.

Religion is a crutch for people who are unwilling to deal with the realities of life and death. Prove me wrong.

(specifically.....that you believe there is nothing after death, you just die)

How would you personally convince someone to not commit suicide?

I mean if life is just a matter of 60-80+ years (if you're lucky), we're all just random evolved organisms with little purpose beyond how we interact with other people for the brief time we're on earth, life is basically a crap shoot and ultimately you're just worm food anyway... What encouragement would you give a person that their LIFE is worth living?

If there are no other conceivable options, does that mean an atheist is forced to believe that evolution is true based on their underlying assumption that there is no God?

Isn't this circular reasoning?

Where in the Bible does it suggest that women should not be priests and preach to the people during mass? Why is it like this? Why can't priests get married? I hope many can answer my questions! I'm a Catholic, I'm just curious and would like to know as I don't understand.
