Of course she can. What you want to know is if she can survive being beaten by her Muslim husband as a result. That I can't answer.

Bismillahi Rahmani Rahim - In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Salaam Alaikum. Allah in His Mercy offers us relief during our menstrual cycles, which for some women can be painful and very difficult. Women do not pray or fast during their menstrual cycles, or during the time when they are bleeding after giving birth. A woman can continue to recite Qur'an, but she should not touch the mushaf (Arabic Qur'an). If she has a book that is tafsir, with Arabic and another language mixed in, then that is not the actual Qur'an and can be touched.
The missed prayers are not made up but the missed fasts are. And Allah knows best.
Fi Aman Allah,
Nancy Umm Abdel Hamid

the respond to the 1st question is, no. despite the fact that that is declared that muslim mum and dad are very shielding of their daughters and choose that no harm might come to them. appropriate to the 2d question, Islam recommends that a virgin ought to have a 'wali' (representative), who may be the father or a mom or father, to barter the marriage settlement on her behalf. yet a woman who's a divorcee or a widow can negotiate her very own settlement. after all, maximum muslim countries enable a boy and lady to marry without 'wali' in a civil ceremony as long as there are witnesses.

Can not do both because during these days women are clean. You are not supposed to hold Holy Quran in your hands if you are not clean.
If you have memorized Quran and Duas, you can recite them from your memory during these days.

Guessing by how mysogonistic (woman hating) Islam is, my guess is no but that she can pray in solitude and away from everyone else and she probably can't touch the Quran.
