The last 6 months or so, our church newsletter was taken over by some new ladies. It used to be very peaceful, offer "thoughts for the week" in addition to psalms, events, etc. But now it has slowly gone down. They say things like "this week the committee felt like they had to rebuke certain members..." and "we have noticed more sinners while shopping lately, we must try to bring them into church - you can recognize them by their dress" - HORRIBLE stuff like that. It's so embarrassing, judgmental, and makes me feel sick - the "newsletter" is now their personal thoughts. I'm nervous about starting stuff because I've loved this church for years. How should I begin to address my concerns?

Are the two resurrection separated by 1000 years? If man have an immortal soul and everyone who are dead are all already in heaven or hell why they are needed to be resurrected again and brought back on earth. Wouldn’t it be inefficient, a waste of time/efforts and also a logistic nightmare? Who is right the Bible or the Interpretation? I am confused. Help!

1. why doesn't god just show himself? it would make the decision of which religion to follow, if any, a whole lot easier?
2. isn't it a bit extreme to either have damnation for eternity, or paradise for eternity?

Genesis 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

Genesis 2:21,22 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
22: And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.

I just have seen some people believe in God but not in his creation, so I am just challenging you with your "theory". If you believe the bible than clearly you have to throw that idea out. I don't care what bible you have Genesis is Genesis.

I find it so strange that some of the teachings in the Qur'an and the Bible are SO alike. some are even the same ,though i have only heard of a few passages from the Qur'an... my question is why can't we get along? I'm not saying that you won't get along with us or that we won't get along with you but why do we condemn each other? i don't believe that its because of religion because, as i stated earlier, we are so similar except for some differences in worship and doctrine. I hope I'm not offending anyone and if I do I apologize.

I'm starting to think that there might be someone who created us. i don't know. i'm torn between Christianity and evolution. it seems very improbably that we all just happened to be. im starting to get small hints that we might have been created, but i want to be loyal to my fellow evolutionists. what shall I do?
