whats so different about Jewish people? what makes them so hated? we are the 21st century you would expect people to be a bit more civilised by now but no, if somebody Jewish walks in the street wearing the star of david , young and older people will make remarks such as 'jew boy/girl' or 'dirty jew'. im assuming these people are quite uneducated (correct me if I'm wrong) and when i say Jewish people i dont want you to imagine a person with a long nose, curly hair, black hat and ropes because they are very religious jews and are very rare nowadays, i want you to imagine a normal person just like you. do you think anybody has the right to humiliate and ridicle a normal person just because of the sheer fact that they are jewish . so tell me if you knew somebody was Jewish , would you treat them differently? Yes you can answer honestly . Thanks.

Can a god actually punish me even if they are all powerful? Let us assume that there is beyond a shadow of a doubt a god and that he/she/it is very angry and will punish me. Can that god truly punish me? The purpose of the punishment (i.e., hell.) is to make me miserable for angering the god. However, if I find enjoyment in the punishment, don’t I win?

A lot of people celebrate Christmas who aren't active in any church or religion, sometimes to be with family/friends, sometimes to satisfy family/friends, sometimes for the comfort that time of year can bring people, sometimes just for presents...
So, if one who doesn't actively go to church or participate in religion can celebrate Christmas for reasons other than biblical, I thought to myself, then do some atheists too?
Afterall, people are just people.
(I am a very open minded person - answer freely.)

For those who feel that they were forced into a majority(nonpagan) religion at a young age, when you found your pagan path were you angry at the religion that you were forced into for the time that it cost you in your true path? If you were, how did you deal with it and how did you deal with the sense of saddness at the time lost??

Ok...so I see a lot of people talking about Mormon's "magic underwear" not even knowing what the heck it's about.

The "magic underwear" is actually a t-shirt and shorts that we wear under our regular clothes.

Does that help you out any?

Like pendants worn by early Christians for protection by God, the "magic underwear" works the same way....but we just wear it under our clothes instead of a shiney piece of Gold with a symbol and precious stones for protection...

So, I keep seeing atheists(or sometimes they may be buddhist or hindu) asking about the "Christian's God" do they not know that Jews, Muslims, and Christians ALL believe in the same God, just that He said different stuff??

Hmmm guess they're not all very logical or free thinking like they claim...
