Let's just talk about your sons eyes. There are over a million connectors that come from the brain to the eye. These connectors all have to link exactly for the eyes to work. In other words #3728 from the brain has to meet #3728 coming from the eye, #996,453 has to meet #996,453, and so forth. While your son was being formed in the womb these connectors crept towards one another and had to meet their exact mate and connect. That's just the eye, there's a lot of other miracles that occurred as well. What about trees, birds, fish and so forth? None of these things happened by accident. Man is God's most fantastic work. Rejoice in his workmanship!

Congratulations! Children are wonders however they come about.

No disrespect intended, but your son's birth was no more or less miraculous than the birth of a rat, lizard or eel. And children don't come from "nothing". Did you notice the umbilical cord? Millenia of false starts and gradual successes went into that assembly system. All the life forms do it now.

But I sincerely do salute your family and its new addition.

You believe whatever you want.

Spiritually your son is proof of love between you and your wife, and love is God.

Scientifically your son is proof that the sperm hit the egg.

I believe in both. You believe in whatever you want.

In my opinion, people who don't see evidence of the Creator in a newborn, are spiritually blind by choice. What a miracle! The Bible says we are "fearfully and wonderfully made" and I'm sure you see that in your new little one. Congratulations!

55. Jesus said, "Whoever does not hate father and mother cannot be my disciple, and whoever does not hate brothers and sisters, and carry the cross as I do, will not be worthy of me."
*************
Physical attachment that the mind feels to a living being is not love. Your son's body is related to your body. However, both your soul's are related neither to your body nor your son's body.

Its your responsibility to bring up your son, but he is not yours because both you and your son are a part of God, and you are both Gods. Your son is not part of your soul but part of Gods, as are you also. Love your son out of the same compassion you have for every living being, or go on believing that you own him.. That is the choice.
***********
56. Jesus said, "Whoever has come to know the world has discovered a carcass, and whoever has discovered a carcass, of that person the world is not worthy."

99. The disciples said to him, "Your brothers and your mother are standing outside."

He said to them, "Those here who do what my Father wants are my brothers and my mother. They are the ones who will enter my Father's kingdom."

101. "Whoever does not hate [father] and mother as I do cannot be my [disciple], and whoever does [not] love [father and] mother as I do cannot be my [disciple]. For my mother bore me, but my true [mother] gave me life."
******************************
It is not the father or the mother one is encouraged to hate, but rather the attachment to material things parents become obsessed with in order to provide for 'their family', that is too be hated. God the mother and father, they are the true parents of us all.

78. Jesus said, "Why have you come out to the countryside? To see a reed shaken by the wind? And to see a person dressed in soft clothes, [like your] rulers and your powerful ones? They are dressed in soft clothes, and they cannot understand truth."

79. A woman in the crowd said to him, "Lucky are the womb that bore you and the breasts that fed you."

He said to [her], "Lucky are those who have heard the word of the Father and have truly kept it. For there will be days when you will say, 'Lucky are the womb that has not conceived and the breasts that have not given milk.'"

80. Jesus said, "Whoever has come to know the world has discovered the body, and whoever has discovered the body, of that one the world is not worthy."

81. Jesus said, "Let one who has become wealthy reign, and let one who has power renounce ."

82. Jesus said, "Whoever is near me is near the fire, and whoever is far from me is far from the (Father's) kingdom."

No, your new-born son is proof that you were sexually active about nine months ago.
Now if you son were born to a virgin, that might constitute a miracle. Or a gullible parent. I'm not sure which.
