Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is mentioned by name in the Song of Solomon chapter 5 verse 16:

"Hikko Mamittakim we kullo Muhammadim Zehdoodeh wa Zehraee Bayna Jerusalem."

"His mouth is most sweet: yea, he is altogether lovely. This is my beloved, and this is my friend, O daughtersof Jerusalem."

In the Hebrew language im is added for respect. Similarely im is added after the name of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) to make it Muhammadim. In English translation they have even translated the name of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) as "altogether lovely", but in the Old Testament in Hebrew, the name of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is yet present.


******** The reason Muslims use the bible to prove several points is because it is mentioned in the Quran that Allah sent down glad tidings of the Last Prophet to come in the Torah and Injeel (bible).


HOLY QURAN - 007.157 "Those who follow the messenger, the unlettered Prophet, whom they find mentioned in their own (scriptures),- in the Torah and the Injeel (Gospel);- for he commands them what is just and forbids them what is evil; he allows them as lawful what is good (and pure) and prohibits them from what is bad (and impure); He releases them from their heavy burdens and from the yokes that are upon them. So it is those who believe in him, honour him, help him, and follow the light which is sent down with him,- it is they who will prosper."

Living live to the fullest, enjoying all things that make you happy, loving and having at least basic human respect for people and the choices they make regardless of their race, sexual orientation, religion or other personal choices they've made?

Living life according to what others dictate in a Holy book, choosing not to do things not because they're harmful or wrong but because someone simply has told you not to do it, and not tolerating or in some cases actively working against people whose morality or life choices differ from your own or contradict your own religious doctrine?

By people choosing to believe in God or not does not make Him any less REAL, He's real whether we CHOOSE to believe in Him or not...He's everywhere....there's proof of Him all around us...I can CHOOSE to believe World War ll didn't happen, but that would be silly because there is proof of it everywhere and even historical documents of it...that is what atheist are doing...I read alot of books and they written by guys who claimed to be atheist before they studied historical documents from the past...once they studied them they saw the TRUTH and became a Christian...

The word of God has two dividing assunders: Hebrews 4:
- dividing assunder of soul(first Adam) and spirit(last Adam)
- dividing assunder of joints(Adams) and marrow(Christ)

As in "Adam" all die... would include Jesus(last Adam)
In Christ(in him there's no law = no sin & death) all live.

Temporal life of temporal salvation is in Jesus(last Adam)
Eternal life of eternal salvaton is "through Jesus-->Christ".

Christ(the end of the law) is neither OT law nor NT law.
To wit, that God was in "Christ" reconciling the world;
Notably by NOT law imputing their sins unto them: 2Cor5.

Now the Christians in the araee forgive and will not get all crazy and act insane. What does this say about the other faith that has a population in Beruit? I mean why do certain people get all nutty instead of being calm and being reasonable.

So was the actual day of 9-11 and the following days too late, when the Islamic leaders in various countries were condemning it and offering support to the US? Was the head Imam in Saudi Arabia too late when he said that those who did this are not of us, that same month and still up to this day? Come on, now, give us at least SOME credit.

You said we don't speak out, we showed you we do. Suddenly that wasn't good enough and you demanded proof of leaders. We gave it. Then THAT wasn't good enough and it was "too late". And even now, after this entire list of Islamic leaders speaking out, it STILL won't be good enough. I'm getting the feeling you don't care if we speak out or not, you're still going to cry we don't say anything. Oh well, God knows I'm doing my part to bring peace.

Say someone is on the run, but there are hundreds of witnesses to the crime, it's all well documented, couldn't we just have a trial so WE know how much trouble that person WILL be in if we ever catch them? Maybe we won't ever get to lay our hands on Osama or God, but it just seems like we should have something in the books, for our own benefit, to show what kind of justice they OUGHT to see. Thoughts?

I am struggling to live in faith not fear. I am an African American woman. I pray to hear God and I do and he tells me what I want to hear. yet I am driven by fear and therefore I do the opposite. This is costing me my relationship, friendships and very recently almost my life. I am at a point where I feel broken, beyond measure. I know where to turn but lately I feel like God has turned a deaf ear to me. I know he loves me and I feel very stupid because it's one thing not to do what God tells you when you are hearing what you don't want to hear but it's borderline insanity when you are still not doing what he saus when you KNOW you should and you are hearing what you want. Now my days are not filled with joy my relationship is on the rocks (badly) and I am very down... Anyone gone through the same thing or similar that can give a christian and honest outlook on this. I recently decided to begin fasting...

I've just been thinking about these points and was wondering if someone could further explain them?

-why are there so many branches of christianity? there are literally like a hundred and every one says the other one is the wrong one

-if we say that we should only worship god and only god, then how come at church we pray to jesus?

I just have been wondering this stuff forever and no one really answers it for me.

There are mostly Benedictines in my area, but there is a Franciscan college.

Personally, I like the Society of Jesus. They are a powerful order and have the coolest vestments.

around Pagans and Wiccans then being with other Christians?
I have friends and family who are Pagans and Wiccans, even had one friend who said she was a witch, she told me that about a year after we met, we met at work. a year later I went on to a better job and we grew apart.
The question is, How many Christians really feel more relaxed around people not of their own faith?

This is to those who say "not a single one condemns terrorism" on the very question they answer doing that. Why are you so afraid when Muslims quote the verses stating that those killing others are wrong? Is it because you no longer feel special, and that in your mind the delusion of being a target is destroyed?

I'll say it again. I'm not going to kill you. My religion wouldn't allow it unless you were trying to kill me, and even then I am only allowed to do what is necessary to save my own hide. I'm not searching for you. I don't care what you do or how you live. You are not so special that I'm going to give up my own life, my own freedom, and my own family to do that. God means more than some deluded fool thinking I'm hunting him down. Even without God, that's just plain stupid.

Does it make you angry that most Muslims don't think you're so special that they will give up their lives for you? Does that "I'm so special I'm a target" bubble get popped? Yeah? Good.
