By people choosing to believe in God or not does not make Him any less REAL, He's real whether we CHOOSE to believe in Him or not...He's everywhere....there's proof of Him all around us...I can CHOOSE to believe World War ll didn't happen, but that would be silly because there is proof of it everywhere and even historical documents of it...that is what atheist are doing...I read alot of books and they written by guys who claimed to be atheist before they studied historical documents from the past...once they studied them they saw the TRUTH and became a Christian...

i've read stuff like that too. do you have a question for us today?

ps- i don't think i chose to believe in God. i chose to be obedient to Him, but that's different. with the experiences i've had, saying that i chose to believe in God would be like me saying that i chose to believe that this computer is real.

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof. Jesus may have existed, but I don't believe he came back from the dead, or turned water into wine, or multiplied loaves and fishes.

Let me give you an example. The Odyssey mentions the Trojan War. There is historical evidence that there was a city of Troy, but that does not mean I have to believe that the Greek gods played a role in the story, just because the Odyssey says they did.

I have read your "Historical" documents several times and have searched for any reasonable evidence that they are indeed historical, to no avail.

Just because you assert that god is everywhere does not make that true, nor does the evidence support that assertion. The difference in belief is that you CHOOSE to belief and then interpret everything you see within that belief. If you choose to think in an objective manner i.e. weighing the evidence and facts with out blind acceptance, totally different picture appears.

Care to share the titles and authors of this lot of books you have read written by atheists who became Christians after studying historical documents?

Yes. There is proof that WWII happened. Concrete proof. So you would CHOOSE to believe that it happened.

No. There is no proof that God exists. No Concrete proof. So you would CHOOSE NOT to believe it exists.

And not atheist arguments are NOT based to historical documents but mostly scientific findings.

What is your proof? Yes, there's a whole universe of things, but that is not proof that a god made them. You have no proof. Saying there is no god is nothing like saying WWII never happened. You are very far removed from reality, and you should be angry at a belief that forces you to live in a fantasy world.
And, waitingxx, the word you want is "sustain."

Er, saying that there's proof of god's existence is not proving god's existence.

If you actually had any proof, or even evidence, you'd provide it, rather than just claiming to have some and then calling people names.

If you want to sway people towards Christ, you're going about it exactly the wrong way. Lying and name-calling might persuade a few rather weak-minded people, but it's going to drive away mature adults.

Putting a couple of words in ALL CAPS doesn't help either, and using ellipses instead of periods makes your post look more like a rant.

There is no proof that god exists if there were religions would not need "FAITH". That is why religions require Faith. Faith is a word that all Christian religions use since there is no proof to back their belief system. Faith is believing in something without having proof of it. Historical documents mean nothing. They are man made, and also require faith. If god is real to you then I am happy for you.

Actually, most atheists study religion and that's why they become atheists. Most are Christians that study the Bible and find mistakes in it they can't reconcile, or atrocities they will not accept.

We don't CARE if your god is real. He's simply too vile to worship.

Theres evidence WWII happened. There is no more evidence that your god exists than there is evidence for zeus or the flying spaghetti monster.
