It doesn't seem right to put Slimer in the laser containment unit with Gozer and Jesus, no regard for their past offenses OR past service to the community...no hope of parole...
Thoughts?

I think that morality no longer applies to ghosts because they are not alive, and thus they can see through the false moral paradigms of the pre-dead.

As ghosts are already condemned to walk the earth they have already been tried and found guilty by divine judgment.

Additionally, ghosts that do not interfere with human affairs will not be captured. Requiring neither sustenance or other human needs they can easily put a wide berth between themselves and civilization if they so choose.
