He betrayed me. He's a coward. He's not as powerful as he claims to be, he's like a shame to me. It's so sad that this God is the God of universe, I admit. I long for Justice. If you like me I have bad news for you, "Stop thinking that God will give u justice". He's never been able to. hes a coward
I can't imagine a God like this who says He cares when in fact He doesn't give a damn about you. If you pray a lot and bother just too much, He'll just slide it to you. Hate is strong word but I have no choice. It doesn't matter anyway if i hate him i know u do love him n that's good i wish i could.
just wanna wanna spit my anger i have against him out.
my question, Why does a mean, twisted, coward God like this exists?

When my best friend died in January, people told me it was part of God's plan, or that it was God's will.

When I ask what the point of prayer is, people tell me its not to ask for things, because God's will is always what will happen anyway, but rather, to establish a relationship with him.

But when I ask why God sends people to Hell, suddenly God's will isn't always what's done anymore, because of this magical thing you call free will.

What gives??

I see many people lying about what the Catholic Church teaches, believes and practices on here. Obviously they know that what they say are lies but continue to perpetrate these lies. The Bible teaches that this is bearing false witness as well and is against the commandments of God.

Can you feel justified by claiming ignorance or being blinded by hatred or prejudice. What will be your defense before the throne of God when every knee shall bow and every tongue will confess?

You must know that your man-made churches do not have the promises of Christ nor the authority given by Christ to His Church yet you have no fear of the almighty God who created the Church which you protest so falsely. Will your only defense be a dependence on His mercy and do you really think that your ignorance will save you from His judgement?

THE 9th COMMANDMENT
Exodus 20:16 "Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour."

Religious fact 1: God does not change.

Religious fact 2: God does not like human sacrifice?

Religious fact 3: Jesus got sacrificed for us?

Whats going on here? How could anyone convince the Jews of the truth of Jesus's message if they said: Jesus died for our sins? If you cant convince the Jews with this, why was Jesus sent in the first place?

This is a real trick question. Are you absolutely sure that Jesus is the true Christ or was the legacy of Augustus tranformed by ancient clergy to be a living image of a myth forward called Jesus?
Spellcheck does not work in the details of the question. I have never been put down for spelling that I did not find a misspelled word in the put down.

If God is made from spirit matter then how spirit mattter can interact with our world's real matter?(by this God only can created the world).
This is a very important and should be the first step to proved that God does exists. If sceintist or anyone can proved that spirit can interact with real matter, therefore can say God, ghost and evil also exists, as chinese say if there are ghosts exists then there are God exists.

Where is it found in the Bible... about the end times... where it says that we are to keep going as if it weren't going to happen? I can't think of the phrase I'm looking for... Thanks... I hope someone can help me find what we're looking for, tonight! lol

Okay, my last question basically stated that Christianity would make more sense to me if Satan was the one who sent people to Hell rather than God.

Many of you responded that God doesn't send people to Hell, but instead, people make a choice to go to Hell.

The "fact" remains, though, that God is the one who created Hell and decided people who don't accept him have to go there.

So, if:

1. God already knows everything that's going to happen
2. God's will is always what will be done
3. God made Hell in the first place

then how is going to Hell a choice?

I live in Canada and from my own personal experience 99% of Muslims of moderates

1) the follow the laws of Canada before they follow the laws of their Koran
2) they believe in the separation of the Islamic religion and the state

Pretty much anyone who follows this line of thought is a moderate in my opinion. What do you guys think?

USA citizens: Do you think it's fair that the ACLU is having Christians arrested for doing things like handing out free bibles and starting a town assembly with a prayer by claiming it violates the first amend. ? Wouldn't the first amend. give them the right to do that? They tried to have a student arrested for praying before school for example.

Many believers point to the fact that the bible took many millenia and many authors to write it as proof of its divinity. But, comic books also had many authors over many generations writing and retconning (retroactive continuity) the stories so they would agree with past texts. Is the bible just another, albeit quite old, version of a comic book just without the cool pictures?

LDS, don't you wish there were wards where you could just show up on Sundays wearing casual attire. One of the main reasons I stopped going was I felt incredibly uncomfortable. I would feel even more uncomfortable being the only person dressed casually. Is there any references in the scriptures that require you to dress as such?
