Where is it found in the Bible... about the end times... where it says that we are to keep going as if it weren't going to happen? I can't think of the phrase I'm looking for... Thanks... I hope someone can help me find what we're looking for, tonight! lol

I typed "carry on" into my concordance and these verses came up.

James 4:13 Now listen, you who say, "Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money." 14 Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. what you are asking is not clear.

Jesus said to his disciples in Luke 17:27 that "as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be at the coming of the son of man...." and his point was that people kept doing the same things as always, despite the warnings of Noah.

But, I think you're also mixing up other thoughts, or verses in your mind.


I find it's better to keep things in context, rather than to rip a verse to make a point.
