Religious fact 1: God does not change.

Religious fact 2: God does not like human sacrifice?

Religious fact 3: Jesus got sacrificed for us?

Whats going on here? How could anyone convince the Jews of the truth of Jesus's message if they said: Jesus died for our sins? If you cant convince the Jews with this, why was Jesus sent in the first place?

God changes ALOT.

Descriptions of God in the old testament are usually typical of a vengeful God, that punishes sinners, whereas The New Testament usually describes God as being more merciful and forgiving. This goes right along with peoples feelings about God, the pilgrims were a very God fearing group of people, but in modern days, most people have more to say about God's love than God's wrath.

Also, about the questions you have at the end, most Jews DO accept Jesus' message, as do most Buddhists, Hindus, Muslims, etc. What makes the difference between them and Christians is that they do not believe that Jesus was the son of God, which in my opinion wasn't the main idea of Jesus' message.

FIRST POINT TO CONSIDER. Almighty God can restore life. So death to him means little. Life though means a lot. It implies that to instill life takes a lot of effort.
So when Jehovah God set up the animal sacrifice system of the Jews, it was to teach them there was a cost involved with everything. The same type of thing we teach our children.
A child that has everything given to them without some effort does not appreciate it.
When we pay for something, it becomes valuable to us,
As to the reason that Jesus HAD TO DIE.
ADAM [ and Eve] being perfect, lost to us the right to live without death.Death was not in God's original plan for man. It came about because man [Adam] sinned/disobeyed...Genesis 2; 16,17
It would take another perfect man to get it back for us. All people are sinners, having inherited sin, so Gods supplied to us his perfect son to give his precious human life, as a ransomn sacrifice, to buy back for us that right to again live without death.
It is a LEGAL requirement.
God's LEGALITY is set up and even god will not override it.
Jesus was sent to earth to 'pay' for man's [ Adam's] disobedience. Or sin..
(Matthew 26:54) In that case, how would the Scriptures be fulfilled that it must take place this way?”

Jesus was not sent to become involved in worldly matters. That is why he never married, as some claim. He was SENT as a sacrifice.
He paid with his human life and was rewarded with the Kingship of God's new Kingdom. what we pray for at Matthew 6; 9,10

God doesn't like human sacrifice? Who told you that? God was planning to sacrifice Himself before the world was ever created.

What He does get angry about is people sacrificing people for their own means and agendas, to demons, to appease volcanoes, against their will, etc. His plan all along was to be born a man, grow up, and allow Himself to be tortured to death and in doing so bear the sin of the whole world into death, then rise from the dead for our justification.

This is the only human sacrifice He's pleased with, by the way. The first and the only.

You see Jesus was actually a buddhist...
And he sacrificed himself... which is okay to do if you're a buddhist (especially a magical buddhist like Gautama or QuanYin or Jesus)...

So, you see. The problem with the character of Jesus is that he's in the wrong religion.

Its probably why he is the single breath of fresh-air in the biggoted tales of the Jews and Christian...err. the Bible.

fact 1, true
fact 2, true
fact 3, true again, but you misunderstand what is being said.

man can go about sacrificing men, that is wrong.

jesus laid down his life willingly for us, he was murdered actually for us, you and I caused that.

now, if that does not aswer your questions, then I strongly suggest that you study theology for a few years as i have done to learn what all that means,

I will save you some time, concentrate your first year on christology

Religious fact - oxymoron surely?

But hey, I'll play your little game -

RF#1 - Yes, God does not change - God didn't exist yesterday, he doesn't exist today, he will not exist tomorrow.

RF#2 - No, God does not like human sacrifice. He also doesn't like scalding hot ice cream BECAUSE THEY BOTH DON"T EXIST.

RF#3 - No, Jesus did not get sacrificed for us - he got sacrificed (if he existed) to become a martyr to the cause of religious brainwashing for the next two millennia.
