I have talked to many Christians on this topic and some say they don't believe God would want us to do that. Others say it is the way to give life to others.. How do you feel about it?

I've noticed that there are alot of intelligent questions posted, & an even greater amount of ignorant, imbicile, outright dumb answers. Do people actually think?

or is Yahoo answers just a big waste of time for those who are actually looking for intelligent answers?

For the minority who do give intelligent responses...Thanks

it seems as if the majority of americans would vote for a nutjob who claims to be christian over a truly worthy candidate with no religious affiliation. i've actually met many people who voted for dubya because he was a ''stronger'' christian than the other candidate. this scares me, as it should you. christians... would you vote for someone underqualified by virtue of their christianity? atheists/agnostics... do you think this will eventually be the downfall of our nation or will reason take hold and win out.

How did human form?
How did that one cell form?
How did dust form?

The only answer you can't say is it just is.
Im not trying to offend anyone I just want to know your view point of creation.

24 And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so.

25 And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

What does it mean "after his kind?" Whose kind? God had some cows? And what is "the beast of the earth" that it's different then cows and creeping thing?

I was thinking something along the lines of Shelley. How about you?

OZYMANDIAS

I met a traveller from an antique land
Who said: Two vast and trunkless legs of stone
Stand in the desert. Near them on the sand,
Half sunk, a shatter'd visage lies, whose frown
And wrinkled lip and sneer of cold command
Tell that its sculptor well those passions read
Which yet survive, stamp'd on these lifeless things,
The hand that mock'd them and the heart that fed.
And on the pedestal these words appear:
"My name is Ozymandias, king of kings:
Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair!"
Nothing beside remains: round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare,
The lone and level sands stretch far away

The Church discoverd by archeologists called Dura Europos is the earliest Christian Synogauge known. You can look at pictures of it's ruins online. The paintings on the walls were taken to museums. This is proof that Christians did have places of worship despite the danger of presectuion.

As strong as I feel about my own theology, I have been corrected a number of times, and I've grown.

Have you ever been enlightened by another theology? Please share...

He was God sent to achieve this supposedly great plan. So why so much hatred for Juda? He was chosen. If he did not betray, the great plan would not work. And you christians, would not feel this great feeling of being saved.

Comments please.
