Do you believe animals are capable of sinning? Why or why not?

No, animals can not sin. Only people can sin.

Well there is a saying that "Everybody sins" and Everybody means all Humans sin. So I think that animals do sin but on the other hand animals might now even know what sin is. Humans are smarter than animals and have a much better life than animals and I think that sin was made mainly for humans, not that sin is a good thing.

The animal soul is qualitatively different from the human soul. The animal's free will is constrained by its biology in ways that no human's can be.

Because their free will is so constrained they cannot sin. Only the human soul has the kind of freedom to choose to do evil.

Animals do not know the difference between right and wrong. They move by instinct, therefore cannot sin.

sin is something that differs from cultures in the animal kingdom it might be alrite to sleep around or to eat your baby or to do other things that if humans do is morally wrong therefore classified as a sin.

No they cannot sin because they do not have moral capacity, because they are not created in God's image and likeness. Sin is acting contrary to God's will. Animals are controlled by the instincts God gave them, and therefore cannot act contrary to His will.

Yes, because the whole world is fallen. However, I do not believe they're conscious about what they're doing is right or wrong. Thus they won't be held accountable for their actions. Only humans are capable of discerning what's right or wrong, so we will be held responsible for our actions.

No they live on instincts and lack the higher intelligence to distinguish right from wrong, hence God did not grant them with a soul .
