He was God sent to achieve this supposedly great plan. So why so much hatred for Juda? He was chosen. If he did not betray, the great plan would not work. And you christians, would not feel this great feeling of being saved.

Comments please.

there may be some truth in that. in as much as Jesus knew that juda would betray him and even prompted him to go.

Although God knew that Judas would betray Jesus, Judas was fully responsible for His actions.

God allows us free-will, but will not force Himself on anyone. Judas was known by the disciples as corrupt. He stole money from the ministry, and then betrayed Jesus.

Don't excuse Judas because he was "destined" to do this. He chose his lot in life.

Yup another contradiction (for only some Christians - not all have hatred for Judas or the Romans) without these actions there would have been no death on the cross and no end to death for everyone else. You have to remember not all Christians believe the same thing?

Yes, he was destined to play out this part.

John 17:12 While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.

Matthew 26:24 The Son of man goeth as it is written of him: but woe unto that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! it had been good for that man if he had not been born.

You are however working from a false premise. Judas was not "hated" as you claim.

Are you also claiming Judas could not be forgiven?

In a sense, all mankind is Judas. Your sins, just as much as anyone else's, necessitated this sacrifice. His blood is on your hands also.

It was prophesized that somebody would betray Jesus. That doesn't mean that Juda did the right thing. It just meant Jesus knew somebody was going to do something bad. If the Bible said "Hitler would kill a bunch of Jews", should we think God sent Hitler? That doesn't make sense.

Jesus was sent by God to help the ailing humanity and from a prophet any sacrifice is accepted. The prophecy of being betrayed is also true, but who would lust to the Lucifer's side remained to be decided by the individual whose faith was incomplete. And in this test only Judah failed....thus this being lesson for those whose faith being weak and to create hatred for Satan and not Juda.

Well dear one more thing I must tell you.. aren't we all plaing our roles in this world....think about it. One is everything and yet one is nothing.

Judas was not "chosen" or destined, God knew his heart and knew he would be the one to betray Jesus. Judas, like all of us, is free to make his own choices, and God knew he would choose to betray Him.

Yes, Judas was destined to betray Jesus. And of course he will have to pay for that karma that was incurred.
