Yeah....and draw in the Strong's Bible concordance and dictionary means "to drag". Of course He hasn't failed. But man has failed to recognize that He has totally won over Satan. He has defeated Satan. All mankind, (in due time) will be saved. Its really sad that most of humanity have turned their Savior into a failure. But they are so blinded by the man made doctrine of hell, that they cannot see the beauty and joy of Calvary. Paul the Apostle knew that this was about to happen, and he warned the early church to stay in and keep his teachings. 2 Timothy 4:4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables..... Tit.1:14 Not giving heed to Jewish fable(myths), and commandments of men, (injunction/prescription's), that turn from the truth.....2 Peter 2:16 For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eye witnesses of His majesty......Matthew 23:13 But woe unto you scribes(writers) and Pharisees (Religious), hypocrites! for ye shut up the Kingdom of Heaven against men, for ye neither go in, neither suffer(send forth) ye them that are entering to go in.

No, He has not failed.
Assuming you are referring to 2Cor.5:19 and John 12:32,
"all" and "world" means all kinds of people without distinction- people of all nationalities, Jews as well as Gentiles- not all members of the human race without exception.

No, God hasn't failed.

No,but many people who cloak themselves with the title Christian are not interested in reconciliation, repentance of sin and in being anything but an obstacle to drawing people to Jesus.

Jesus says 'Behold I stand at the door & knock, If anyone hears my voice & opens the door......,'

God never fails, but we humans do, we just don't want to open the door, for some, like myself, we finally do, amen!

No He has not failed, it states he will "draw all men to himself", it doesn't state that he "makes them come".. he invites them, it's their loss if they don't come.
