I was talking to an atheist friend and, as offten happens, the discution ended in the R&S grounds. I asked him about the minimal odds life would have to stabilish itself and evolve begining with natural physical processes only. Also, i asked him about the so called "fine tunning" of the physical laws of the universe(i really dislike the therm “fine tunning”). Their beauty and how they seem to work perfectly to allow life here on earth.

He awnsered sayng that there is a hipothesis that says that there are maybe an infinnite numbers of different universes with an infinite numbers of constelations in them and an infinite numbers of solar sistems and an ifinite number of planets in them. Well that got me thinking:

Wikipedia defines the anti-Christ as "a person. . .that is the embodiment of evil." Sounds like the shoe fits. . .

why do we keep on saying that gays are going to hell??? why do we keep on calling that a abomination but other sins like adultery, killing and lying just sins??? why do we take that one part, that one sin and blow it up so greatly? i dont agree with that!! all sins should be equal cause it is in the eyes of God, so who are we to size it up like that???

Say He is Allâh the one, Whom all creatures need, he isn't three or human form, He begets not, nor was He begotten, And there is none co-equal or comparable unto Him.

It's an honest Bible questions. We see it all the time, "bow your heads and repeat this prayer after me." Then, after the prayer, people are told if they said it, from their hearts, they are saved. Where in the Bible did it come from?

John the Baptist never lead the crowds to saying a prayer for the forgiveness of their sins. Jesus never did it either. In the Great Commission of Matthew 28:18-20 Jesus never told His disciples to "make disciples of all nations, leading them in a prayer." Neither did it say that in Mark 16. In the book of Acts, even standing before the crowds, as in Acts 2, no one was ever asked to bow their heads and repeat a prayer--though it would have made things a lot easier.

Where did this non-existent prayer come from?

...and generally putting them down and everything they believe in.

But wait, heaven forbid should someone on here post a question about Muslims (which is which religion he belongs to) - why that would mean a violation and the question being removed.

Why is that christians cant be classed as victims of racism but muslims can?

And just for the record, I am not in any way religious, its all rubbish!

I find it AMAZING that people can criticize the Bible and negatively write about all the incest that came from the first two people, Adam and Eve, and how gross or sick that is. My question is this...wasn't there the 'first two people' somewhere in the evolutionary tree? How is that any different?

1. God LOVES you and offers a wonderful PLAN for your life.

"God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life" John 3:16.

Why is it that people are not experiencing the abundant life?

2. Man is SINFUL and SEPARATED from God. Therefore, he cannot know and experience God's love and plan for his life.

Man Is Sinful
"All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" Romans 3:23.

3. Jesus Christ is God's ONLY provision for man's sin. Through Him you can know and experience God's love and plan for your life.

"God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us" Romans 5:8.

4. We must individually RECEIVE Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord; then we can know and experience God's love and plan for our lives.

"As many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name" John 1:12

I have received different kinds of nasty emails from Christians; this is what some of them say:

1) Jesus will come and chop your head off

2) Blow yourself up because that is what Islam teaches

3) Mohammed is dead and his body is rotting

4) All Muslims are terrorists and so are you

5) Home security will come and arrest you because you are a terror-suspect

Not very peaceful, is it???

But I once received a nice email from a Christian lady so they are not all bad...

Since so many fundamentalist groups are dead set against both adoptions by gay and lesbian parents AND are pro-life, what do you think the result would be if all Christian fundamentalist families were required by law to adopt at least one child, or would have one assigned to them by Social Services agencies?

I just got back from camp with my Southern Baptist youth group, and one of my friends officially announced that he was converting to Catholicism. However, as we questioned him about his Catholic faith, I began to wonder if he was really going to a Catholic church.

His new Church is about an hour drive from where we live, does services in Latin (I am pretty sure there is a rule now that says all services must be done in the vernacular), and considers all Popes since Pope Pius XII to be Anti-popes. He has also taken up the position that the only way to Heaven is through the Catholic faith, but I have no way of knowing if thats just his church or the stance of the Vatican as well.

I don't believe this to be a cult, but I don't think it is a truly Catholic church. My very quick wikiventure found the phrase "sedevacantism," is that what his new church would be considered?

I am simply looking for an explanation of what he has gotten himself into, and maybe a website with good info
