Are Christians sending me threatening emails because I am a Muslim???

Question

I have received different kinds of nasty emails from Christians; this is what some of them say:

1) Jesus will come and chop your head off

2) Blow yourself up because that is what Islam teaches

3) Mohammed is dead and his body is rotting

4) All Muslims are terrorists and so are you

5) Home security will come and arrest you because you are a terror-suspect



Not very peaceful, is it???

But I once received a nice email from a Christian lady so they are not all bad...

LOL Kasir! Welcome to QA all of us Muslims and non-Muslims alike have been harassed at some point or another. Just block whomever you do not like. Period. They do it... so you do it too okay :)

Christians are peaceful people. I was a Christian myself once upon a time :)

I'm a Christian and I do share some of your views, i.e. Madeleine McCann and her family, but I've seen that you've recently been asking questions about Christianity like you're trying to belittle it. In the past you've had people abuse you for things you've said and reading that you've had threatening e-mails from my fellow Christians doesn't surprise me and I doubt anybody on here will have any sympathy for you. The truth is, both religions are rubbish, they both celebrate dead people(Jesus and Mohammed) so whatever they say, just think it's the pot calling the kettle black. I think you now need to keep a low profile on these type of questions and just ask questions about Madeleine McCann and family or Football.

A real Christian would not send you anything that is disturbing or threatening. this is not the work of God's chosen ones.

I am not doubting that you received contact in a threatening way, but you did not receive it from a Christian. I would not be surprised if it were from a non-beleiver who is posing to make a negative impact on the Christian community.

I do not accept that hose who sent you those E-mails are Christians. They may think they are but they are not. You appear very dillusional with life if I am honest.
If those emails were actually sent from Christians, somehow I doubt it, then it because you cannot live for 5 minutes in a world that has a religion that is true and conflicts with your own faith, not just because you are muslim. And you're more than happy to dish it out unrespectful comments about other peoples faith, but if people say things about yours.... cannot deal with that in our immaturity can we?

See thats the rpoblem with religions thats why is better to be atheist because you reduce your life problems, those people thats send you that kind of emails are ignorant people that follow only media but nothing else that they never read a book before or seen and research about things, if they keep sending you emails send them back emails that you know they would offend them. Dont listen to them is people that aint worth it...

Many (not all) Christians are narrow minded bigots full of hatred for whichever scapegoat du jour has been assigned to them by they hate-filled leaders. If they get too threatening report them to the authorities, otherwise just let it slide right off you.

I don't know which christians you know, but it sounds like they're all dickheads, and not very christian.

and unfortunately it probably is because you are muslim, but some people are racist pigs like that, so i would just ignore them. However, don't judge everyone like that, as the majority of christians don't care which religion you are, and look at the person and their personality underneath.

I am not really religious so a wouldn't class myself as a christians but i know that people that are true Christians wouldn't send you that kind off stuff its just people trying to upset you just delete them from your in box and ignore them they will get bored eventually

people fear what they don't know...i am catholic and I would say that they are not really Christians or they are products of what the news has told them about Muslims...they news has told us that all Muslims do is blow stuff up and they fail to see that we are not so different....we all believe in a higher power than ourselves.....yes, we will all die and meet are maker, so to say....so we should stop the wars and live in peace...maybe we should ask Canada for advice...I have never heard of them in a war, AND they have free health care!!!
