In numbers chapter 31 verse 17 is says "You must put to death every boy and al the women what have ever had sex. (18) But do not kill the young women who have never had sex, you may keep them for yourselves." I think this is the kind of business that Saddam was into was't he?

I mean if they want people to respect their religion maybe they should try to do some good for mankind. All other religions have got respect from doing good things for humanity. I mean when is the last time you heard of a Jewish person walking into a German restaurant and blowing themselves up. The peace loving Muslims have got to stand up and take back their religion.

What would be a valid reason.. that the Catholic Church would accept in having a child baptised in another parish?
My daughter is being baptised in a church in another parish, however I have to obtain a letter of permission from my parish that they are allowing me to baptise my daughter elsewhere. I'm not baptising her in the local parish because I don't attend them and don't want to for personal reason that I can't state to the church.

Any suggestions what would be a valid reason???

could I conclude that the people who don't have food, shelter, education and health are neglected by God?
I can honestly say that I didn't do anything in particular to merit whatever I have, not more so than the next person....
A car falls off a cliff with two passengers on board; one dies the other comes up without a scratch: " ooh, God saved you", what about the other one?
A 3 year old with terminal cancer :---------------silence.
Aren't the things that happen on Earth wayyy too random to think that there is some sort of divine hand that guides it all?

Jesus will return to take the faithful home at the rapture soon, and then Jesus will return to the earth for Judgement of the nations. Then after the goats and sheep(Symbolicly) are seperated, Jesus will rule the world with an Iron skepter. Jesus will return after the 7 year tribulation. I believe it will be this life time, but why are people saying 2012. It will not be the end of the world when Jesus returns, as there will be no more wars. After the 1000 years rule of Christ, then this earth will be burnt up as it will be the end of age(human history) and there will be a new Heaven and a new earth, and only the those who put their trust in the Saviour will live there who lived a life pleasing to God. So about tis 2012, where did people get that year from. In 2000 people thought the world was going to end then. I am gland it did not as I was not saved then.
