It makes more logical sense that someone came along and removed his body in the middle of the night to make it look like a miracle. The most likely person would be Jospeh of Aramathea, who had Jesus' body put into his own tomb in his own garden. Quite simply people moved the body and buried it elsewhere. Of course that would be devastating to Christianity and the money machine that it is, since it Jesus was not the son of God, but a mortal, then the whole religion would be exposed as a farce.
Why would someone who could walk on water, heal the sick, turn water into wine, was born immaculately, etc, need the door on the tomb opened to get the physical body out? Not much of a miracle there..........but certainly makes you question the whole thing.

I am Pagan and have been for 5 years now. I know most people say you have to have a kind, pure heart and curiosity, and clear sight to see them, but I just can't seem to do it!Could someone help me?

It seems ironic that those who supposedly don't believe in God feel a need to prostelitize their unbelief. Do they just want to be hateful? Are they worried evolution might be exposed as a fraud? What is it? I don't get it, seems sad.

This user De-LIE-lah claims to be a Christian but she says she also believes in evolution and doesn't believe in Genesis.

She also claims to be Christian but doesn't believe in Hell, even though Christ described it as a place of "wailing and gnashing of teeth".

She claims to be a Christian, but openly admits she has had a same-sex relationship in the past.

She claims to be Christian, but doesn't believe that the book of Revelation is true, even though it was given to John by JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF.

In the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit, I ask that this abomination be banished from our forum! I ask you to pray with me, faithful followers of Christ!

Of course there's childhood indoctrination to consider, but are certain families genetically predisposed to not being able to think for themselves?

What's the 12-step program for that?

Should all christian religions abide by the 10 commandments, if they cannot, then shouldn’t they be closed down as an abomination to humanity? Or what do you suggest?

If they’re asking for advice it might be best to refrain from answering with just an opinion.

Many Christians when asked have said that no sin is greater than any other sin. So are you telling me that stealing a pack of gum is equal to blowing up an elementary school? It’s a good thing our legal system isn’t based on that logic. A DUI would get you the same penalty that Jeffrey Dahmer got.

For the past several years I've been convinced that the seasons are shifting. They are starting earlier and ending sooner. Anybody else think this is so? Why or why not?

And yes, I meant to put this question here.

For those who claim gay is a choice, let's try a little experiment.

I want you to find a PG picture of someone attractive of the same gender. Guys, might I recommend football players or military men, gals... uh, you're on your own to decide that. Note I'm not asking you to look at adult imagery, just a picture you might find in a newspaper.

For five minutes, no more, no less, I want you to CHOOSE to desire that person. Not to lust for them, but to want to date them, get to know them, be romantic. I know that to lust for someone, according to most 'holy' texts, is sinful, so I'm specifically NOT wanting you to imagine yourself being intimate with them physically, just having a candle lit dinner in a dark, far corner of a restaurant, whispering sweet nothings to each other.

Come back and tell us if you were able to make such a choice and how it felt to choose to play for the other team for five minutes.

"Why would the Apostles lie about something that was going to lead to persecution when they had such idyllic lives?" *sarcasm added*

Are you people unaware of the fact that Jerusalem was occupied territory, not much different from Baghdad today? Jews had been involved in a civil war, Greek Jews versus Hebraic Jews, Jews versus Samaritans, Galilean Jews verses Jerusalem Jews and open rebellion against the occupations, first by the Persians, then by the Greeks and by the Romans.

Each little cult fought for existence and often for supremacy. Many allied themselves with the Romans, many fought directly against them.

The entire scenario culminated in the First Jewish Revolt from 68-70 AD, where the Temple was destroyed and tens of thousands of Jews, including the Christians, were slaughtered and expelled from the region. You have heard of the Jews at Masada.

Why do Christians insist on a false representation of the history of the region just to add another argument to their arsenal?

This is one of the TEN COMMANDMENTS... thou shalt have no other gods before me.

To me this indicated that God is saying there are OTHER GODS?

Wanna clarify? It is worded... no other gods... before me. Which indicates that it if fine to worship other gods... just that none should be placed higher than or before God?

I would love some scripture to help better understand this. I belive this is a Jewish and a Christian commandment or edict right? Seeking answers.

Is God all knowing and all powerful? Yes. did he create the whole universe? Yes. THEN we give you a question as to why he did NOT do something. Well it is not meant for you to know, God works in mysterious ways, things are better this way you just do not realize it yet. Welllll super, so no matter what God is perfect.

Someone prays VERY hard for a loved one to live. They die. It was just his time, he is with God now.

Wouldn't omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscient or at the very least supernatural and powerful entities be very self-evident to ALL, especially his creation? Not to mention that given our history and the many gods come and gone the place should be crawling with them?
