I came to the conclusion that it makes more sense to perfect this life and realize that it is not an eternal existence, than to have a faith which will always allow me to screw up with the world as much as I want, as long as I can accept Jesus on my deathbed. So, my faith is no longer about the afterlife. I am not denying it, but truth is that I don’t really know anything about it.

I desire to improve myself during this short existence, rather than think that I will be a perfect being in the afterlife. I am not an atheist, but some time ago, I realized that I had much more to learn with people like Carl Gustav Jung, Jean-Paul Sartre and Joseph Campbell, than with some first millennium theologians such as Iraneus, Saint Augustine and Thomas Aquinas. Moreover, I can no longer accept their mute bible, a book that was studied and deciphered a long time ago and has nothing else to say.

My mum expired recently due to cerebral hamarreage .In fact ayurvedic doc didnt warn to continue the tabs.As she was believer in aurvedic medicine she wud not take english medicines. we were very confident about her health.I cant accept the incident.I want to see my mum.will there be a soul?what happens to it after death?

OK. So if you manage to live a righteous life and get into heaven, can you sin once you're there? For example, if you wanted to sleep with a different beautiful woman every day, get drunk, party, etc.. can you do this? Can you sit around all day gorging yourself on delicious food? Will you get kicked out? Or is it not even an option. If heaven is a place filled with people who would never even think of doing any sins, would it really be that great for the average person?

In March 2006 my bestfriend died at 15 and I was 13. It was extremely sudden and unexpected. She had a heart attack. But, I am struggling with the fact that she is not here on Earth. Where is she? I'm a Christian and have been taught to believe in Heaven. But is that really where she is? Some perfect place? I just want to know where she is, if shes ok. What is all of your thoughts on this? If any. Can she hear me if I talk to her? Does she know I cry every night because shes not here with me anymore? Thanks in advance.

teaching from an Atheistic perspective?

In my Earth Science class, my teacher is teaching things I know is against the Bible and has no basis in science. It's all speculation he is teaching, and he is teaching it as fact.

How can I give answers that are in line with my beliefs and the Bible, and not get penelized by my teachers?

if God actually did create all animals,why did he create animals like grasshoppers and black widow spiders etc in such a way that after copulation,the female EATS the male?

please don't give vague answers like "God works in mysterious ways" or "how do we know for sure" because when it comes to Gods existence,you seem extremely sure of yourselves,just based on "faith".

in science there's a reason for this,it's because the male's body contains nutrients that would benefit the little ones.

what's the answer in creationism? why would God PURPOSELY create some animals like this?couldn't he have DESIGNED them in such a way that they'd get that nutrition in another method rather than this? or is God just simply sadictic?

why did he send many Prophets to people who started many faiths? you were probably born Muslim, and you would not trade your beliefs for any treasures.
then why would anyone who was born into another faith trade their relationship with God either, when God has sent them prophets as well?
