Why hasn't he struck down South Africa? Denmark?

Why hasn't he struck down Massachusetts already?

Wouldn't it be better for him to go ahead and strike one of them down now, as a lesson to others? What's he waiting for?

If he's gonna let it slide until the Rapture or whatever, then why do you care?

Well isn't that why he destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah? He didn't wait until the end of time for them, did he?

Has he gotten soft in his old age?

Suppose those sons of monkeys are right and babies are made from the genes of its parents instead of by God. Suppose also there was a gene "for" homosexual tendancies.

Option A:
We continue to chastize homosexuality and shame homosexuals so more of them stay in the closet and live closeted heterosexual lives because that's the proper way. Each child (in a hetero marriage) of a closeted homosexual would have a 50% chance of carrying the "gay gene" and it continues to spread throughout the population. Over time this would only increase the number of people with homosexual tendancies making it an even bigger problem than it is now.

Option B:
We encourage those with homosexual tendancies to act on those impulses and encourage them to get married. The homosexual married couple cannot reproduce naturally so their genes (including the "gay gene" dies with them and do not spread throughout the population. We might have to deal with plenty of chartreuse tuxedos at weddings but eventually the "gay gene" would go away and we'd have fewer homosexuals in the future.

What would you prefer?

God has a plan for everything at a given time. Perhaps he is waiting and using gay marriage to show how real he is. He has already done that already in one way. HIV started out only w/ gay people. The gays play a big part in HIV. I don't know why people are so stupid and blind. Can't they see that the end is coming nearer and nearer by the day? I don't believe that God will strike down a country, but he does have a punishment for all wrong. Anyways, I believe that the Babylon in Revelations is the U.S.A. and God has a plan for the USA. If u look, the US has been declining ever since the "Political Age" of the 1970's. He has something in store for America.

God's Word says that He delays His Judgements, so that the wicked will perish. Sometimes His Judgements are right away, like when Florida was going to have a Gay Parade, that city had 4 Hurricans criss, cross that same city in that same year to prevent it. What about Jerusalem's Gay Parade, it was stopped! Or like when they were going to have a Gay parade in New Orleans and the Gays Boasted that even God could not stop them. He did stop it with Katrina!! The wicked see God's Judgements, but Satan blinds their eyes to the truth and they can not put 2 and 2 together. The wicked are those who hate God and love their sin more than the truth because they are the children of Satan. I am sure that God has already reached out to them, but they refused to receive His Son, Jesus, as their Lord and Savior. The reason that we care, is because we were once lost in our sin, like they are..

Okay where in the bible does it say that God will strike down nations that legalize gay marriage? I believe that you just made that little verse up! In the bible though there is a verse in corinthians 6:9 about homosexuality, it doesn't talk about God striking down nations that legalize gay marriage. But, homosexuality is a sin though and you will be punished for your sins. Don't worry your just confused right now...keep studying the bible and maybe it will become clear to you.

God is a loving father who would never "struck down" nations with his great power. So maybe, just maybe, a person with great intelligence will not "strike down" people who are not as intelligent as them.

Perhaps it was written in the Bible that God struck down sin cities. This was the way of the writers during those times of letting the people fear of God's might. No one exactly knew what happened to those nations that were destroyed. Maybe they were just renamed and they all became good Christians.

The point here is that, God is loving and he'd never kill people because they diplease him whatsoever. Gay marriages? It's part of the free will he's given us. Our choice to do good or evil.

God bless! Always! And he loves us all.

Jesus died on the cross for all sins, gay people too, he loves people, he hates the sin of course, but him striking down nations, God moved like that in the old testament, but gave us Jesus, so we live under Grace, Mercy, and Love, for all sinners.
God will not strike anyone down, he hopes they all can find mercy, and grace under the blood of Jesus. One day at the end of all evil, God will deal then according to what is written in the Bible. God doesn't have a hammer in his hand, He has Jesus sitting at his right hand, Love, and compassion, its up to each person to read what the Bible says, if a person sins, and lives in sin, when God looks at them and they do not have Jesus blood upon them, God will not say anything, Jesus will say,
"Get behind me". Then this world will be thrown into darkness, along with everyone who did not have the blood of Jesus to cover there sins, And a new heaven and Earth will be given to the ones who do. So, according to the Bible, God Loves, and will not destroy anyone yet, final judgment is not here yet, so they can do and live anyway they want to, its up to them, God just hopes they will find his Son before its too late, so its good to know the truth, that's why I care.

Where did you get the idea that God would "strike them down?" Does he not send rain on the just and the unjust? Gay marriage is no more sinful than abortion or euthanasia. Man is just corrupt. God will deal with the earth in His time and in His way. Christians just want to keep America from being run by a small minority with big political aspirations.

He sent Global Warming to screw up Canada. Melt thier sea ice, glaciers and perma frost.
And he had no mercy at all on Massachusetts. He sent the plague of Mitt Romney. And He'll probably give the NY Yankee's some lucky breaks against the Sox.

"Wouldn't it be better for him to go ahead and strike one of them down now, as a lesson to others? What's he waiting for?"

"Well isn't that why he destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah?"

You answered your own folly. "STRIKE ONE OF THEM DOWN" you say but then you answer that he already struck two of them down. See you will ask God for a miracle and he will you give twice what you ask for but you are still blind to it. I don't know why you can be so ignorant of what you ask for. Probably because you are not searching for answers you are just full of mockery.

Maybe God is waiting for the gays to straighten up. Or maybe he is still charging up that giant lightning gun so he can strike those towns full power (I think he last used that thing in the biblical times...)

But even if the place legalizes gay marriages, it doesn't mean that most of that place's population is gay. Maybe the leaders of the Goddamn place is gay so they legalized hay marriages.

But I think God is really charging up to destroy the gays... And I will support God in that.... DIE GAYS!!!
