The Word of God says that the dead know nothing. I don't know what I will be doing for all eternity in Heaven but I am sure glad it will not be spent in the alternative location. May God Bless U.

Well, I have no way of knowing what heaven will be but I have an opinion. I think it will be the largest library/learning center there has ever been. Those that reside there will take joy in learning and all that we needed to know will be shown to us.
I cant imagine the happiness for eternity that would be there.I also cannot imagine the terribleness of hell for the same amount of time. Not sure where the harp playing idea got started. I doubt that perfection would get boring.
I definitely believe in Heaven and hell, all good and all evil. I've seen a little of both and have my preferences.

I absolutely believe there is heaven. I don't have a clue what it will be like, but only because I don't have something here in this life to compare it to other than loving God and Jesus called it paradise.
Fly around playing harps would be kinda cool actually.
No, I won't get bored.
I don't think I'll shut down. I think God will be there to take me from one to the next.
Let's face it, you are going to be somewhere for eternity.
What do you want to be doing?

It's hard to imagine being some where for the rest of eternity and not getting bored some how. It's basically impossible to even imagine. But I do believe that you will go to a place where you will be rewarded for all of the great things you've done. And you'll be runited with family members, friends, pets, and other loved ones. I can hardly even imagine it, but last year my bestfriend died. And ever since then I have believed that I will get to see her again. It's the only thing that keeps me going.

Hi Candice C. When we look at what the Bible teaches about life in Heaven, we know first of all, we have been given Eternal Life. Outside of existing for all eternity, we do not know what the mechanics of Eternal Life is. Here on earth, we are conditioned to eat food and drink water to sustain these bodies of ours. But along with this, we also need oxygen to survive. Just because we "know" that we need these conditions to survive here, this does not mean that the same conditions will exist in Heaven.
If we have been given Eternal Life, why would we need to eat or drink? None of us know what Eternal Life will be like. What we do know is what we will be doing there, worshiping our God and doing His will. That will be glorious.

I do believe I will be doing a lot of Bible studies, "if you don't know it here, you will have to study there", Gods word will stand forever,
I will have a new home the bible says, not made by hands of man, but God himself, and it will be in the likeness of Earth, so what ever we have here, there will be a better version there, its like a Volkswagen, and BMW, one is OK, but the other one is better.
I plan of doing things there, I never got to do here, fish, picnic, camping, mountain climbing, and visiting everyone there, all the people there is happy, no evil is there, no sickness, no goodbye's, so all the fiends I make, I never have to say goodby too. I can have partys, and eat and drink, no sleeping so I will doing something all the time, Angles will be my messangers, and birds will sing to me, I will understand them, board, no, theres no time.

In Luke 23:43, Jesus declared, "Truly I say to you, Today you shall be with Me in Paradise" (Luke 23:43). The word Jesus used for paradise is paradeisos which means "a park, that is, (specifically) an Eden (place of future happiness, paradise)". Paradeisos is the a Greek word taken from the Hebrew word pardes which means "a park: - forest, orchard" (Strong's). Jesus said "Today you shall be with Me "en paradeisos" not "en nephele" which is Greek for in clouds. The point being that Jesus picked and used the word for a park. Not just any park but "the paradise of God" or park of God (Revelations 2:7) which for us will be a place of future happiness. Does this sound like a boring place? When you think of a park do you think of boredom?
Jesus said, "You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him only you shall serve" (Matthew 4:10). It's interesting to note that Jesus did not say praise and serve. Even the briefest examination of the word praise in the Bible quickly shows it's a verbal thing and that for the most part singing. Worship however is from the heart. Worship manifests itself in praise. Serving God is worship and Scripture is clear we will serve God in Heaven. "His servants will serve Him" (Revelation 22:3).
God's Word says we won't have to be in His paradise alone. "I shall fully know even as I also am fully known" (1 Corinthians 13:12). We will not only know our friends and family we will "fully know" them. In other words, there is no need for secrets in Heaven. There is nothing to be ashamed of. There is nothing to hide. We will have eternity to interact with "a great multitude, which no man could number, out of all nations and kindreds and people and tongues" (Revelation 7:9). No wonder Heaven will be a place of infinite learning. Just getting to know everyone will take eternity!
Just several answers of what we will be doing in Heaven.

Yes I believe there is a heaven because I believe the bible. I don't know what I will be doing, but it will be better than the day I had today; a terrible pinched nerve in my back, I'm exhausted, crabby, and have a headache.
None of these things when I get my new, indestructible body!

Absolutely. God tells us that we can't even imagine the wonderful things He has in store for us. Boredom will never be a problem--even for an eternity. And everything begins the moment you die on this earth. If you are Christ's, you will go to be with Him immediately.

The "Little Flock" of annointed Christians who go to heaven will be busy ruling and judging those who are on earth for at least 1000 years--it will be anything but boring for them. After that, they will probably get to go play at creating things with Jesus--who knows??
