I mean look at all the insanity they cause, From the Crusades to trying to ban Harry Potter books. I mean Seriously, religion is what makes the world a horrible place. If god really existed he would simply have to prove himself, Perhaps he should have started it all out that way, I mean according to the bible everyone knew he existed way back when but yet they still didn't pay any attention to what the supposed creator of the universe said. So he killed them all in a flood. Instead of being a murderer, couldn't he have just yelled "Hey Knock it off!!" that may have worked a little better. But then again the bible is BS. but does anyone see how illogical this all is?

How do we reconcile the Dalai Lama's observation that "Every human being has the potential to create happiness", with your own teaching that suffering is caused by desire? If one sets out to resist desire, why would one ever then entertain the desire for happiness, and thus work to create it?

I'm a Christian man who can not stand his wife. Should I tell her or just stay with her, cuz the bible says? She refuses to go to church with me and I really can not even stand to be around her. We no longer do anything together (nothing), not even sex. We have a child together and I don't want to hurt her either.

IF SOMEONE DIES OF SOMETHING FIXABLE LIKE ROOM RUNNING OUT OF AIR AND ASFIXIATES. AFTER BEING DEAD FOR A FEW HOURS, CAN SCIENTISTS REVIVE THIS PERSON BY RESTARTING HIS HEART AND WITH AN AIR TUBE. Why do muslim women believe in and support an abusive relgion & not turn to wicca which is nice to women?

wicca has no laws that say girls cant do anything, does not dictate dress, say girls and guys cant mix.


No arranged marraiges, no issues with sex in or out of marriage, no family honour notions, no problems with the body.


Just be nice to others and everythig is cool.


So why be part of a group that executes girls all over the world for dress code violations, having a boyfriend, making love, walking in the street etc.

It seems like some people come to the R&S section and pretend to be fundies or atheists or Muslims just so they can make inflammatory statements to discredit the group that they claim to be members of. Has anyone else suspected this?

i've allowed my parents religion since i was born and as i grow up, i've been thinking is there a God? i doubt about Him,,
i've just prayed but i dont kno wat i've been doing,,,said to somebody that i haven't known..haven't seen,,i've been such an idiot coz i dont know wat i have done,,talked alone and no1 heard me,,,

Will you be allowed to have a garden and work on art projects or will you just have to sit around and imagine all that and wish you were back here? Also, it seems so many people are smarter than me. Will they still be smarter than me in heaven or will their IQs be affected in some way? God "gave them over"? Meaning, he put the "shameful lusts" i.e. homosexuality into their heads? See where I'm going with this?

Explain Genesis 1:24,
And God said," Let the Earth bring forth the living creature after his kind.
What does this mean ," AFTER HIS KIND" it sounds like he is creating a living creature but copying something that already exists. If God was just then , making the first lifving creature, why would he say , after his kind?
Also, In Genesis 1:28, he tells Adam and Eve to replenish the earth. RE-plenish means in every way to RE populate the earth, This tells me that there was a race of something before Adam and Eve. Who were they?
Gen4:14-15, Cain kills Able, then tells God," Every one that findeth me shall slay me" If his parents were the first people, who are these others he is talking about. Then God says whoever slays Cain shall get 7 fold punishment, God is even talking about these others.
Who is this race of humans that are already there when God creates Adam and Eve????????

How did the writers supposedly attain God's views to put across in writing? Not being sarcastic I'm just wondering how they are supposed to have known they were all God's views - did they have apparitions appear to them, angels, etc.? Did they interpet all the messages from Jesus? If we have no way of knowing how or why these are the words of God, are they not simply the teachings of thousand year old men?

since most historians agree that islam is based on an arab pagan religion , and that allah is the name of a pagan moon god , doesn`t this tell those intelligent enough to open their eyes that the god of islam , and the judeo christian god have no connection whatsoever , therefore muslims who connect the koran , the bible , and the torah as all being revelations from god are either ignorant of the falsity of islam , or are liars ! plain and simple !to even call muhhamed a man of god tests ones credulity , a pirate , murderer , theif , and last but not least a child molester ! this man was one I believe christ would have no problem with condemning to an eternity in hell !he was not the last , nor the greatest prophet , but an anti christ , and the spawn of satan ! feel free to agree or disagree ! if he was such a great man produce evidence to prove your point !
