It is people like you and me who make the world a horrible place because everything that God gives into this world is for us to use it for our enjoyment and peace but our tendency is to misuse, abuse or unuse those gifts.
You are the one illogical because from the question and example you presented you have proven that you just have read the parts of the Bible (or just judged it from hearing the words from someone) but never the whole thing or even if you have completley read all of it, you did not fully understand the works of God.
The world will surely be better if everyone will understand and follow the golden rule of living righteously had been followed.
Surely because if there is no Christian, you will be pointing to other religion to blame because you are the kind of person who looks out of the window all the time but never look into yourself which have been part of the cause you dread.

God gave many warnings back then before he finally used the flood to kill all the sinners. and it is very logical. and i know sometimes christians get a little out of hand like with the harry potter books but they mean well. and who the the world are you to say that God should prove himself??? how dare you try and tell him what to do! and the Bible is his greatest work so its definately not bs.

I repeat from a previous post "Judge not lest ye be judged." Are the Christians physically hurting you? Or are they just bothersome? I would hope that people would just tend to their business and not infringe into someone else's life. We have the right to believe and think the way we want. I know that some people are not going to leave others alone, but maybe if we were a little more patient with others then we would live a lot better lives.

God has been yelling knock it off through the contemporary as well as the prophets of old. Very few listen.
Get rid of the Christians because of what happened years ago in the crusades and because of shunning Harry Potter?
How about a long inexhaustable list of good that Christians have done in the name of Jesus.......Who am I kidding...I am just going to go and jam another sharp pencil in my ear...

hell was created by christians - so shall they go there, to their hell!
christians have KILLED more people in the history of humanity than any other group.
christians have persecuted millions of "non-believers" just because they DIDN'T believe in "christianity!
christians are by far the most brain-washed - brain-dead believers in the world today!
Here's how anyone can be better than christianity:
Create a private, personal, direct, divine Relationship with Our Creator and save your Soul from religion.
Only with Our Creator's Love and Peace will we be Truly Free!
Without God, there is No Love; Without religion, there are No Wars!
"religion is Spiritual fraud"; "religion is the Worse invention of humanity" - Jesus Christ, Buddha and any one else with Spiritual intelligence.

The world would be better off without ALL religions. Belief in God is not the problem; belief in religions is. By that I mean that everyone who belongs to a religion thinks that theirs is the only right one, and everyone else needs to "suffer" for it. I agree that ridding the world of organized religions would do us all a lot better, but I don't think we should be atheists. There IS a balance.

Hey atheist! Take a good look at one of your top leaders in the American atheist movement. As a matter of fact, she was a founder of the American atheists organization back in 1963! Madalyn Murray O'Hair, missing in action since 1995 at the age of 76 with her son Jon and daughter Robin and some $600,000 in the atheist organizations funds!!!
Some example of 'high morals' for people to live by! She thought to have runs off with these contributions to New Zealand!
Oh, by the way, you brought up the crusades and Harry (witch) Potter. Harry Potter should not be promoted by atheists as well as Christians, for Harry Potter books promote witchcraft(a religious practice) and death!
The crusades are always brought up by you people. Well I'll bring up to you the reality of the harsh cruel actions of Communist atheists guards under the atheist Joseph Stalin who ran the Siberia Gulags with an iron hand! Torture murders and cruelties of all kinds were quite common there. Like the fact that many unfortunate prisons actually starved to death under the evil mistreatment of their prison guards! And one prisoner in praticular comes to my mind, .. one Anatoly Sharansky, the atheist turned Christian! What was his terrible crime that he should be sent to such a horrible place and the gulags? He defended the Soviet Jews rights to practice their religion and to even exist in the former Soviet Union!!! For that terrible crime your fellow atheist, who became a born-again Christian in the Gulag, when some prison guard handed him a copy of the Psalms, was sent there! Like this one: I will lift mine eyes unto the mountains from whence comes my strength? My Strength comes from the Lord. Psalms 121:1-2a.
No moral, scientic code of conduct he had learned as an atheist scientist could carry him through his horrible, daily ordeal. No strength of his own that he could muster, or logical reasoning as you atheists like to call it, could help him withstand his punishments. Only after, by the grace and mercy of Almighty God, he miraculously received a copy of the Psalms of King David, by a fellow atheist no less, did he read them, and get the moral strength and resolve to carry on and survive the harsh conditions of the Gulag!

From what i've got heard that takes place a lot with people who're "new" or newly decrease back Christians. you like a lot to "do good by means of God" you start to experience responsible approximately very almost each little thing that's not at as quickly as concerning the church which you come across excitement in. Like, "in step with possibility that long bubble-bath substitute into incorrect, i'm going to have spent that factor praying or doing (fill interior the clean) for the church as we talk". Or an argument or undesirable feeling approximately somebody makes you experience terrible, as though the label "Christian" skill which you would be able to constantly be sort and wisdom with all and sundry no rely what. no person is suited, and if anybody in life is familiar with that its God. He made us to have each and all the thoughts that we do in spite of each little thing. the worldwide is stricken, even though it has constantly been and could in all possibility constantly be till the top of it. God supplies us help to get by using it because of the fact God is familiar with precisely how complicated it truly is. attempt to recollect God does not anticipate perfection, in simple terms that we attempt to do the ultimate that we are able to. And that as quickly as we discover ways to do greater useful, we do greater useful. attempt to not experience "convicted" approximately any such good sort of issues. in case you have questions approximately no rely if or not you're able to do some thing, or are having issues coping with an extremely complicated individual or difficulty, an area of figuring it out ought to be prayer and meditation. that's between the ultimate issues approximately having a private relationship with God. in case you have have been given issues, in simple terms ask! meanwhile, attempt to not be so demanding on your self. You have a very narrow view. I think Christianity is BS too, but I don't hold a grudge against God for it. There is a difference between religion and God. God created man, man created religion.

I would not disagree that very many terrible things have been done and continue to be done in the name of religion. But these things things are clearly contrary to the teaching of Jesus Christ. Much religion is man made and so it is illogical to blame Christ for everything that has been attributed to Christianity. It is even more illogical to imply that all religious atrocities should be blamed on Christianity.
God has nothing to prove to us and nothing left to do to secure our salvation. The choice is ours to make while we still have the God given opportunity to step out in faith.
