Voila, Deism.

Edit: WTF? all I do is name what the questioner asks about and I get a thumbs down? Somebody's got the intolerance set a tad tight today.

God CAN be all that, but He isn't. Much as you might want to think that man created the ideas of what God is, that just simply isn't so. God created everything and everyone. He even created Satan, who deceives many into believing that God is not real.

I don't care if I get thumbs down responses. I'm speaking the truth.

God is the one that made all of life possible here on earth. He is the maker of every bird, animal, flower, tree, fruit and human. If there was none of that here then we could not survive. But God is essentially nature. He lives here on earth as well as in heaven.

Where did all this nature come from? has it always been around? that would seem strange. God is supernatural so the same question can't be asked about him. also I believe gods were actually conceived to explain natural phenomenon not because of loneliness.

Sure, that is possible.

I know I have a soul though. I also know that my soul has lived many lives. I believe in God but a deity is not necessarily required for an afterlife, in my opinion.

Maybe I am crazy. It just makes sense to me.

Man didn't create God. God created man.

I personally believe that any being powerful enough to create a universe and planets, is also powerful enough to reveal him/her/its self to each of us in a unique and personal way. If that is the way the divine is revealed to you, then good for you.

I would never believe a god who was so powerless...oops, that's for the deleted question above. Okay, He could be anything He wants to be.

No. You might not like it but God really exists. God is God no matter what you think. But you have a free will to think, that is a good thing.

Completely Possible.

I see god in all things so, yes, when I look outside at a beautiful, tall tree I feel that I am part of its inherent divinity. We are all a part of inherent divinity.
