First of all im going to say that im atheist. I have nothing against religion of any kind. Personally I dont care what you believe in. Evolution, Religion I dont care. But lets get real here. Can you think for yourself rather than what your told to believe? Do you think it might be good for our society if we new the truth happening around us? Do you think maybe we can order ourselves? Most of the stuff we do is based on cause and effect. A person is not born good or bad, its the environment who shapes them. If religion dissapears tomorro there will still be right and wrong. Would you agree with me if I said that there is no greater god then the truth? We need to govern ourselves.

Looking for other to have intelligent converstations with and others like me! am I alone. Also I don't mind answering questions about satanism so if you want message me and I will answer any question.
I sit at home all day and there is no one in this town who is like me.

Modern Satanism isnt the worship of satan.
Modern Satanism is a belief system that empowers the individual to be their own God, to be their own caretaker. This does not mean you cannot have a partner in life, a significant other, or a loved one. It means you take care of yourself as opposed to prayer and false hopes asked of a God or complete stranger to do it for you. You are supposed to accept your own responsibilities and be able to accept the outcome of your actions. As a Modern Satanist, you should not depend on a myth to pay for your actions. The stories that some Jesus Christ came to Earth and has paid for your sins does NOT mean you are above the laws today.

If you say "not at all", you are quite literally insane. As for people who arent insane, lets speak reasonably. To what degree should violence, done in the name of a religion, define the religion itself?

For example, am I not perfectly accurate to say "many muslims do violence because they believe that it is a mandate of Islam?"

If you deny the truth of this, your again, insane. If we then agree on the ovious, then orignal question comes into play..."to what degree should islamic violence define or color islam"

ok...what say you...

note: almost all war today is islamic. islam has essentially always been at war. the greatest genocides in human history were done by muslims in 11th century and 20th century.

I do not mean...Jews don't worship Mohamed. Nor do I mean the Jews are the descendents of Abraham. So are the Islamists. I mean what is the phylosophy of each, and how are they different? I have read the Quran and the Old Testament. I am not a novice at religion.

I don't understand why people think it is illogical to believe in creation when it is much more logical (in my humble opinion) than believing in evolution.

Take for example the giraffe. It is so tall, its heart has to work majorly against gravity to get blood to its brain. Well, it gets thirsty and bends down to get a drink. The heart pumps so much that its head explodes. But that isn't how it is, in fact, it has a sort of sponge that absorbs the excess blood and little valves up and down its neck that cut off the full amount of blood being pumped. Well, the giraffe sees a lion and it has to take off. Well, with just those features, it lifts its head up and oh no, not enough blood, it passes out and gets eaten. But wait, there is a solution to that too! The giraffe opens up its neck blood valves and uses the blood in the "sponge" in its brain. Now this is just a brief summary of what really is in a giraffe's neck.

The only logical conclusion is that an allmighty Creator made it!

I think we all agree that slavery is wrong. When did it become wrong? It was allowed in the Old Testament and was a common practice in our "christian" country up until the civil war. I do not recall any words of Jesus condemning it. Why do we think its wrong today? By the way, I am NOT proprosing that slavery is right, I just want to hear what people have to say.

"Islam is not that!!! Its..."

How often have you heard that from deseprate western muslims who compromise about .01% of the entire population of Muslims worldwide.

The question is, who can claim to know what Islam is and what defines Islam? Ever hear the expression "ALL TRUTH IS REVEALED BY ACTION". For example, someone asks you if your lazy and you say "no", afterwhich you continue to sit around and do nothing, as always. Which is the truth? The action or in this case, the inaction.

Its what we do that defines us or any entity for that matter. The primary thing that define is the "action product". If worried western muslims keep telling you Islam is "not that" what is the truth? What is "that"?

Saying "Islam is not that.." is essentially saying "please dont judge my religion by its end product". Almost all war today is Islamic...and we should NOT JUDGE ISLAM AT ALL? What kinda of insanity is this?

The greatestes genocides in history were Islam (Hindu 1 & 2)...but dont..

This is to Christians. Do any of you HONESTLY think that atheists believe in God, but are just rejecting him for rebellion? That they don't want his love and eternal joy and peace in Heaven? That one CANNOT disbelieve in God - believe him to be purely fiction? Seriously... answer me this. I want to know.

that god didnt exist? what do you think would happen to the world? for the sake of this question, there is absolutly no way that it can be disputed, someone proved that, beyond any shadow of a doubt, god didnt exist....now what? would there be more chaos? or would people be peaceful because of less religious intolerance? what would the world come to if someone proved that absolutly, 100% god did NOT exist?

All have sinned. There is no one holy, not one righteous save the Son of God from the womb. So, if that be the case a question is asked; is sin programmed into our DNA? Salvation is the spiritual antidote for a physical ailment. Since all have this "sin" programming and nothing of the flesh can overcome it, wouldn't it be safe to say that only a spiritual solution to sin can save us from yielding to the physical death caused by this sin programming...
I'm not singling out any one particular sin; I am including all the works of the flesh. Does anyone have a rebuttal?
I know I’ll get the moronic fleshly response from atheists and those who can’t reason for themselves, I’m looking for good dialogue here and I will report anyone who can’t carry on a competent rebuttal or addition.

(1) There is no God.

(2) There is a God, but all of our religions have distorted Her reality. Jesus was just an ordinary prophet who happened to become the center of a myth-making cult. God loves everyone and has never been concerned about what a person believes. After death, all people, Christians and non-Christians, simply merge with the Deity in a loving embrace.

(3) Christianity is the one true religion, and (my version) is the truest version of it.

Most Christians seem to be basically committed to (3). Needless to say, I've put my money on (1). But let's say that we knew, with absolute certainty that I'm wrong and that either (2) or (3) is true.

[I will be right back with more details to complete the question (you must click on this again)].
