i like to believe that im a good person with good intentions and help people when i can without expecting anything,ive been through alot and a lot of people have hurt me and i have forgiven them,ive seen these people have soo much good luck and cant help but feel a little resentful knowing what they put me through was wrong,but i feel ive been stuck in the same spot,nothing goods ever happened to me,i know i should make my own happiness and i try,it just seems to me the bad people who have hurt me have had good fortune and i feel im never going to get mine..will karma come back to them and if so wheres all my good karma gone?? i think its gone on a holiday!

It's quite shocking to realize how many Christians see Catholicism as a paganist form of worship. The fact that there are so many revered saints and the principle of patronage being so integral in the denomination, not to mention the prominence of statues, leads some to believe it is a pagan form of worship.

But isn't the Catholic (or Orthodox) essence of worship evidently different from paganist practices of ancient and modern times?

For instance, when the Jews made the bull statue and worshiped it while Moses was on the mountain, they were worshipping "a force of nature", and not God, who brought them out of Egypt; whereas in praying before a statue of Jesus or Mary or any other saint, Catholic and Orthodox believers are not worshipping the statue, but the one that the statue represents (of course worship here goes to Jesus, and reverence to Mary and the saints); can one not see the obvious difference here?

Even the scriptural commandments do not apply to this case.

that he actually thinks that the end of the world would be a 'good' thing, for fundamentalist christians.

I use the word fundamentalist as meaning he takes the bible literally, thinks the world is 12000 years old and is a creationist.

I posted this at americans last night, they so no problem with it (butthey are not the ones being bombed in Iraq)

like if they where in control of a planet full of self centered non loving (in the biblicail sense of the word) people they would do any better. who when they don't understanding how god works (becuase they never put what he says in to practice for more then a moment. just to say he didn"t work) they make up stuff about him. whats funny is when you call God a sadist with the very breath he so gladly gave you to do so with. why?

The Jews are supposed to reject Christ...I think everyone is supposed to. So why are Christians angry at the Jews and calling them God killers? Odd! And do the Jews acknowledge that they are supposed to reject Christ to fullfill the prophecy?

Why was the bible not updated, where are the modern day prophets?

We are also missing scriptures from the Bible that are apparently hidden in the Vatican City.

Why have these not been published?

I dare the Vatican to put those scriptures on display for Free.
