Many do. And some even love them enough to not use that "Love the sinner, hate the sin" Junk that you'll probably read in a bunch of other answers.
Homophobia is not a major foundation for Christianity, although some Homophobes have done a great job of exploiting the seven sections of the bible that seem to condemn Homosexuality.

I don't love homosexuality, but I do love my gay friends even though I don't agree with homosexuality.
I love the human being behind the "homosexuality".
As a Christian I also battle with this love every body and forgive every body or God won't forgive me.
But if God is aloud to hate Satan and to never Forgive him and ultimately destroy him, why am I not aloud to do the same?

I've seen it floating around and no one could answer me on WWGHA, so I'll ask it here.
Why is homosexuality a sin? What's the big deal? Who does it hurt? If you weren't religious, would you feel the same way about them?

Hate is such an ugly emotion and is so very destructive so I would hope that no Christian would hate Homosexuals, however it is a fact that the act of homosexual relationship is repugnant to Christians and we cannot be supportive of this.

Speaking for myself, no, I do not hate homosexuals. I treat homosexuality as any other sin.

Cant speak for everyone, but we are supposed to love everybody, because Jesus does.
I do love them, specifically because I was gay before Jesus delivered and healed me. I just reject their behaviour.
