sprituality and religion to post your opinion? I am asking this question but I know the answer. You atheists waste your time here aswering questions about spirituality and religion, because you are looking for answers to your own questions. You know, deep inside that there is a God, or something to believe, you just dont know what it is and you come here looking for someone to convince you.

...have experienced severe loss or hardship without ever needing to turn to a god?

I just read an answer that claimed we are only atheist until times get tough, then we cry to god.

My mom died when I was just out of my teens, nearly 20 years ago. NOT ONCE did I waver in my atheism, neither asking for help nor blaming god for my troubles.

Any other atheists remain steadfast in the face of tragedy?

there are a couple of verses in the quran who mention a man called: Zulqarnain. This literally means: the two horned one.

he is the one christians make fun of when they refer to the verse that mentions the man who went to the place where the sun sets and found it setting in a murky water.

he is also the one who has erected a wall infront of Gog and Magog to prevent them from taking over earth.

You probably believe that only your demonination is the one that's correct, that it's the way to heaven...this is a very common thing among christians...and so if you feel your group is the one with the correct view and has the right plan of salvation-CAN YOU PLEASE tell me the name of your demonination and why you think its the correct one, in a paragraph or two?

people are thinking for themselves, gays married and babies aborted (its heartbreaking...but then its not our business) theyre gonna know its a sham, we gotta move!!!!! stifle free thought with fear! move, move move!!!

anyways i go to church every sunday. And i hear the end times are near. About a year and a half ago i used to always watch the sky and some nights i would think the rapture was coming but it never did. But i just dont feel like i want to get caught up. Heaven just sounds boring. Are we just going to be walking around forever. Maybe when im old i'll be ready for heaven but im just 16. What about movies, what about my stories and songs that i write, will they be forgotten. And i heard their wont be any relationships in heaven. And i really do like girls and would wish to get married one day. Heaven must be a very perfect place. But it just seems boring right now. And i rather have that then hell anyday. But atleast wanted to live a life here on earth first. I wanted to be able to have a family. So im thankful for every day the rapture doesn't come. Cause im thinking about staying back. Does anyone else feel this way? And i was doing fine until 2 years ago, when my moms friend told me.

jesus for for giveness and to save you from the demons in the dream it seems so real and i could here my self saying demons begone in the name of jesus What does the dream mean. Do dreams have real meannings or wake up calls in them.

I am wondering is it is possible to change your saint name after you've been confirmed? If you later find a saint you like better, can you have that one be your patron saint, or is it official? Does it even matter?

What is the best way, or the best thing to say when you want to go up to some one to spread the gospel? How to you start a conversation about accepting Jesus as your savior to someone you do not know?
