By your question I believe you are asking if any practice true religion according to the Bible. Here are some ways to answer this question for yourself:
Matthew 7:16, 17- Jesus said you would recognize true worshipers "by their fruits" or by their beliefs and their conduct. Although they are not perfect and they make mistakes, true worshipers as a group seek to do God’s will
2 Timothy 3:16, 17 - Their teachings are based upon the bible
not on tradition or human views
Matthew 4:10 In harmony with Jesus example, they worship only Jesus Father, Jehovah
John 13:35 Jesus said his disciples would have love among themselves
Acts 4:12 True Christians accept Jesus Christ as God’s means of salvation
John 18:36 They are no part of the world
Matthew 24:14 Jesus’ true followers preach that God’s Kingdom is mankind’s only hope
Ask yourself: ‘What religious group bases all its teachings on the Bible, makes known Jehovah’s name, practices godly love, exercises faith in Jesus, is no part of the world, and proclaims that God’s Kingdom is the only real hope for mankind?

Most churches follow a doctrine.
Because of the fact that Jesus ushered in the new covenant, the practices of the old testament are not practiced; because we are under the order of Malchezedek instead of the former Levitical order. In English; we are no longer called to sacrifice animals, or perform ritualistic observances of the Levitical system. The commads that are stated to be preformed for all generations are to keep the sabbath, and passover, Rosh Hashannah and Yom Kippur. There may be a few more, you can check in the Word. These are celebrations and Holy days, to praise God and worship Him; and to pass the knowledge down to the next generation. It seems that most churches either get stuck in the belief that all the old test. is invalid, or that they are still under bondage. I know that the Jews for Jesus, have a good grasp on the whole Bible. Being former Jews, they understand the old Testament really well. They also know Jesus, and they are a powerful ministry that you will really grow in. They are all over the place; it should be really easy to find a congregation near you, no matter where you live. You can leave them an email, and they will contact you. That's what I did. I too, got sick of going to churches that were not scripturely sound. I havent yet gone to JFJ, but I have read alot about them, and they seem to be the best choice.

Yes many. But I don't think you know what the whole bible means. If by whole bible you mean the old testament laws then the answer is still yes but in a spiritual sense. The reason for this is that that even thought the old testament was interporeted differently in past times by the children of Abraham and rightly so, it was in potential always about the Christ as Jesus himself taught. Now that the New Testament is revelaed and instituted what was concealed in the old is revelaed now. There is an old saying by the Fathers that goes like this, 'the new is in the old concealed , the old is in the new revealed'. The meaning of this is that in following Christ we are followong the goal, the end, which was foreshadowed in the old in physical terms but now is understood in its new significance, so that though we do not follow the old accrodng to the letter now we follow it the way it is supposed to be followed according to our King and Lord, understood spiritually and who is to be obeyed by all.
More specifically there are the Traditional Conservative Mennonite Churches which are about the closest thing I have ever seen. Many churches havce a hold on some aspect of the whole truth but leave off some important part, while the Mennonintes hold to pretty much it all. I know there are some other honorable churches but since I do not know them specifically or in detail I do not want to mispeak. You should check out a book called Martyrs Mirror for example of true Christian devotion. Another book to get which will not lead you astray is the collected writings of Menno Simmons.

Unfortunately, churches are led by people and people can't tell a story without elaborating it or embellishing it. Most preachers have the idea that if they share a story or a testimonial it will improve God's lessons. Before you can find the best church for yourself, you need to become familiar with the Bible. Read it, the four Gospels: Mathew, Mark, Luke and John. Then the books of Acts and Romans. Then ask around, visit area churches and see if what they teach aligns with what you have read. Then you will know where you belong.

I've not found any so far. Most nowadays follow it very little, treating the scriptures more as a suggestion than doctrine.
Many started out very well; but, have succumbed to the world in one respect or another. Allowing adultery, fornication, idolatry (a cross is also a graven image, and Christ wasn't crucified on one), coveting, theft (also known as good church business and/or tithing), disrespect to parents (not just by children; but, also by mocking the aged), pagan practices to seep in, greed, pride, drunkenness, unscriptural doctrines of men (not the least of which is subverting prophecies to point away from the true man of sin)...all of which are damnable heresies.
I've been looking for the "Church" for nearly 12 years, occasionally I find one or two members of Christ's "body"; but, never have I found them as a large group, in an "organized and/or institutional" setting".

No, but as your first answer might indicate, Presbyterians come close. We don't claim to have a hammerlock on reality, and we seek unity with other churches, within certain bounds. It is difficult, nay, even almost impossible, to be excommunicated from a Presby church, we allow dissent, and, just a bit of history---in Great Britain the American Revolution was known as the "Presbyterian Rebellion."
But as 85-90% of the people on this planet believe what they were raised around---anyone's religious convictions are suspect. Keep studying, read the Bible, read the newspapers, study logic and science---seek the Kingdom of God, and be nice to people, and if there is a God who really cares about you She will appreciate your effort.

No, because so many people interpret the meaning of the scriptures differently. There is no church that practices every truth of the Bible without adding man-made doctrine to it.

God, I hope not. If you did you would be put in prison for murder. In order to follow to the letter the whole Bible, it would require that you stone an awful lot of people to death. I don't think our society would tolerate that.

No. Nobody believes the whole bible literally because it contradicts itself. All bible believers cherry pick what they like from the bible -- whether they admit it or not.
Example:
"Now kill all the boys. And kill every woman who has slept with a man, but save for yourselves every girl who has never slept with a man."
--Numbers 31:17-18
"You shall not murder."
--Exodus 20:13

JP....been hunting for this myself. Many claim they do....but just look on the wall, see a cross? Right off you know they lie, by the fruit they produce. For the Bible is clear, worship no idol before me, make no image.
I have just kept to myself on it and done my studies in private as HE tells us to do. I ask HIM for guidance and to guide my hand to the correct answers. I do believe HE is doing just that, for I use to not walk with him and was against the church and all religions. But HE showed me what HIS real name was, YAHWEH, YHWH, then I realized it was really HIM.
Look up HIS name, look up HIS tetragrama (youtube/google video), it will begin to make more sense. If you want some links, just ask, I have many, been my main studies for while now, even getting into the hebrew side of it all.
Did you know each book in the Bible has HIS name in it? Just learned that the other night, was neat, from hebrew. And last night I saw how these bible codes....for the Torh. The first 2 books spell out TORH forward, the last two spell out HROT backwards, pointing to the center or 3rd book. Do the code there and HIS name comes up, YWHW. Gave me a chill...HE is EVERYWHERE!!
Even from my research on my Native Cherokee....realized they knew HIS name before white man even came to USA. We, Cherokee, call him YIHOWA. When you break that down and YAHWEH (YHWH) down into proper pronouncing, they are but the same word. That really gave me chills when I saw that. And much of my native tongue of Cherokee is VERY similar to how hebrew is.
Just warning....ignore that Church of YAHWEH in Tx and their videos. I have seen much evil fruit from them. Just like any "religion" we have what seems as bad seed that was sown in the dark after the good seed.
Edit: I looked into the JW...they are by far the best American scholars on the Bible, interpretation, etc. But they too have evil fruit as I see it, they follow a man, no the book.
Actually closest I have found, in USA...would be my one side of the family......Amish.
