Genesis 1:27
"So God created Man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them"
Genesis 4:13-15
"Cain said to the Lord,"My punishment is more than I can bear. Today you are driving me from the land, and I will be hidden from our presence; I will be a restless wanderer on the earth, and whoever finds me will kill me." But the Lord said to him "Not so, if anyone kills Cain, he will suffer vengeance seven times over." Then the Lord put a mark on Cain so that no one who found him would kill him."

To me this suggests that there were other people on the earth, or why would Cain have been afraid? And why would God speak as though he was making more than one man and one woman. I believe that Adam and Eve were the chosen ones, whom would share in a special communion with God, but were not necessarily the first humans. I'd love to know you opinions. (By the way, I am a Christian)

If I believe the bible is fiction...made up by men.....why would it hold any revelance for me in your answers. Can you give me more???? Why are there so many inconsistancies when people interpret the bible....
SHouldn't God have given us a bible we would all understand as one rather than making it so confusing we as people had to break up into secular groups (lutheran,methodist..ect). Would a God be this perverse???

From the standpoint of physics, a change in position over time is referred to as "velocity"; and, a change in velocity over time is referred to as "acceleration"; and, a change in "acceleration" over time is referred to as "control".

Control suggests Intelligence, and Control is a prerequisite for Order. Since we can see that we are part of a Supremely Ordered Universe, from the tiniest atom to the largest galaxy, how then can one argue against "Intelligent Design" when all the evidence supports the conclusion that Order cannot exist without INTELLIGENCE?
